Kitchen Description:
Each kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: electric stove, refrigerator and microwave. This has all you need for a self catering holiday.

Living Room Description:
The living/dining room is bright and luminous, with large glass door that leads to a small balcony overlooking quiet and bright internal square. There is a comfortable sofa for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and a stylish glass dinner table for dining inside. Sofa bed is easily converted to an extra double bed.

Bedroom Description:
The two bedrooms each have two individual beds, which can be easily converted into single queen bed. Main bedroom is full of light with large glass door that leads to a small balcony overlooking quiet and bright internal square. Both bedrooms have large closets with mirror doors.

Bathroom Description:
The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with spacious shower, designer modern sink cabinet and toilet.

Important Information:

Groups under 25 y.o. are not accepted.
Please note that basic supplies are not provided.
Regular check-ins are managed after 14:00 (2:00 Pm).
Regular check-outs must be done no later than 11:00 (11:00 Am).

On Holidays, Sundays and late Check-ins the following additional fees will apply:

After 20:00 (8:00 Pm) extra rate of 30 Eur
After 00:00 (12:00 Am) extra rate of 50 Eur
Check-in on Sundays and holidays extra fee of 30 Eur applies
