The house and grounds in general were terrific. The beds were really comfortable, plenty of clean towels. A really peaceful location. There was a problem with the drains though which meant 2 of the 3 bathrooms smelled bad a lot of the time, though things improved a bit towards the end of the week. Also we couldn't access any of the safes. All 3 were locked when we arrived. Someone did come out to look at both things and did their best but neither got sorted. Couldn't get the TVs to work either, but maybe that's not such a bad thing on a holiday!

Très agréable villa moderne et bien équipée. Il y a beaucoup d'espace, un grand living, une grande cuisine, un très beau jardin et une belle vue, et de belles grandes chambres très confortables. Le linge de maison est parfait. Prévoyez juste des blocs pour le lave-vaisselle, et un autocuiseur si besoin. Minuscule souci, les instructions de départ sont mal traduites - en tout cas en français - sur le portail de Belvilla. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location.

Wat een fantastisch verblijf in Walleken! Prachtige locatie, waarvan je kon genieten dankzij de grote ramen in het verblijf. Alles wat we nodig hadden was er aanwezig, super net. Bovendien werden we super vriendelijk onthaald en bijgestaan. We zouden heel graag nog eens terugkomen!!

Belle maison, fonctionnelle, cadre calme et verdoyant. Par contre, il y avait un nid de frelons en dessous de la terrasse. Seul bémol: Les canapés lits mériteraient d’être changés, les matelas sont usés et très sales. Sinon nous avons passé un bon week end. Le gîte est à proximité des grandes villes.

Veel stof op de lampjes, in de kasten, bestekla ( kruimels), spinnen ( en webjes) in de hoekjes. Randjes in wasbakken ,kranen. Spijtig voor zo´n mooie woning. Maar al bij al waren we voor de rest zeer tevreden! En hebben we een heel fijne midweek gehad!!

Vooropgesteld: het huis is prachtig, zowel de indeling als de schitterende ligging. Veel rust ervaren. Ook mooi gelegen voor fiets- en wandeltochten en stedentrips. Ik vond de woning echter niet schoon. Was vergeven van de spinnenwebben. Binnen en buitenom ontzettend veel spinnenwebben. 1 WC was bij aankomst niet schoon. Stoffig. Voedselresten van de vorige huurders lagen nog in de lades en kasten. Maar wat ik misschien nog wel het meest vervelende vind, is dat de toegangscode steeds dezelfde is. Er hoeft maar 1 iemand …… . Gaf geen prettig gevoel.

Ons verblijf in het charmante vakantiehuis "Walleken" was fantastisch! De villa is ruim en prachtig ingericht, waardoor je je in een luxe oase waant. We hebben genoten van de avonden op het terras aan de vijver met een glas wijn – zo'n rustige sfeer. Het was ook gemakkelijk om nabijgelegen steden zoals Gent en Brussel te verkennen, wat onze daguitstapjes aangenaam maakte. We waren met negen personen en iedereen had voldoende ruimte. Ik kan deze plek van harte aanbevelen voor een familievakantie!
