Superb villa in the private domain and guarded Cape Benat.
Exceptional location. The property is located at the end of Cape Bénat. Seaside, facing South.
The sea views are exceptional: south on the cove, Cape Blanc, the lighthouse and the islands of Port-Cros and Bagaud; north on the port, the creeks Saint Jean and Portofino and the coast.
Refreshments were completed in 2017.

Living space about 300 m2 plus a covered terrace of 50 m2 with a dining and living room, all on a plot of 3100 m2.
Large dining room and living room of about 60 m2.
6 bedrooms, 4 with independent shower-basin and 1 bathroom with bath and double sink.
Large infinity pool in the south overlooking the cove.
Access to the Grande Calanque 100 meters walk and the port 200 m.
