A Truly Special Holiday

The villa is just beautiful..well maintained, high-spec, and thoughtfully appointed: a second pool-level kitchen, a real espresso machine, extra refrigerator, an ice-maker, lovely linens, an elevator for luggage and groceries, and other great amenities really elevated our stay . Almeria was great to work with. The view and location are unbeatable. We can’t wait to return…Merci Millefois!!

This location is simply perfect - you feel like being in paradise. Everything has been considered in detail and the concierge Almeria is highly professional and 100% available for any support. The private beach 5 minutes by car away from the villa is also a little jewelery. We will certainly come back!

Somehow the listing understates the views and luxury of this place. Highly recommend. Waking up every day, overlooking the Mediterranean in a small French town, just perfect. There are two garages for parking and private (heated) pool. The property comes with a concierge that helped up book a chef and a private winery tour. Walkable to several restaurants, bakery, grocery store, gardens, beaches.

Fabulous Art Deco Villa

This villa is stunning, located about the coast road, we were able to use two double garages, then it’s up a couple of flights of stairs to the infinity pool, the pool was amazing, no chemicals, we paid extra to have it heated, as it was June. The Villa is huge suits 6 adults there is a bunk bed room for small children. The A/C worked well, the kitchen is modern and well appointed, plenty of fridges and outdoor cooking. There’s a boules court and table football. We will definitely return.

Nous avons adoré cette magnifique villa , à 10 min à pied des plages et 5 min des commerces . On peut aller courir direct sur le chemin des jardins du rayol. La villa est superbe ! L accueil est top ! La piscine est magique . Seul mini bémol : avoir des bons genoux : car beaucoup d escalier …

Alles wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll - ein Traum!

Das Haus, die Einrichtung sowie der Pool und die Aussicht sind spitzenmässig und so haben wir die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Bäckerei, ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie ein sehr guter Metzger sind in Gehdistanz - perfekt. Wir haben nur die 3 Zimmer für die Erwachsenen gebraucht, das Kinderzimmer schien mir aber doch ziemlich unpraktisch und auch nicht gerade einladend, also es ist besser, es nicht zu gebrauchen. 6 Erwachsene haben aber grosszügig Platz. Wir haben ebenfalls 2 mal den Chef für das Dinner kommen lassen und das war ebenfalls toll.

Un merveilleux séjour dans une magnifique villa

Une très belle villa style art déco magnifiquement rénovée. De très belles prestations intérieures. Une vue mer époustouflante dans un environnement préservé.Une piscine à débordement où petits et grands ont pu se détendre et s'amuser. Des commerces et une petite plage accessibles à pied. Magnifique maison

Rénovée avec goût et respect du style architectural la maison a une vue à couper le souffle, des chambres très confortables et des espaces extérieurs très sympas... superbe piscine a débordement et un beau terrain de pétanque pour les apéros du soir! Il y a une belle petite plage à 10’ en descendant à pied. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Villa Amicitia!!!

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette maison incroyable!! Une vue exceptionnelle à couper le souffle Aménagement très bien pensé et merveilleusement bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût !!! Emplacement idéal Sonia notre contacte sur place est très agréable et très à l’écoute Je pense y revenir à nouveau mais pour 3 semaines !!
