NEW HOUSE 600 m FROM LAKE SANGUINET / BISCARROSSE

Only 600 m walk from the beaches of Lac de Sanguinet / Biscarrosse, new house with wooden cladding ideally located in the heart of the magnificent Great Lakes region, 19 km from the ocean, 21 km from the Arcachon Bay and 28 km from the Pilat dune.

This house will welcome you for your next vacation in summer and winter.

You can enjoy a friendly living room with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, washing machine.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms including a master suite located on the ground floor (with Italian shower and sink), a bathroom with Italian shower, a large living room with kitchenette, 2 separate WCs including one adapted for people with reduced mobility.

You can enjoy a beautiful covered wooden terrace, the private fenced garden in which you will have at your disposal to rest on the deckchairs, and to grill your barbecue and a plancha.

The house is equipped with WI-FI, and for your comfort during your stay in winter it is equipped with underfloor heating.

ACTIVITIES:

On the menu: relaxation, sliding and fun on one of the most beautiful bodies of water in France with windsurfing, catamaran, kite surfing, underwater diving, water skiing, jet ski, paddle and boat rental with or without license where you can sail on the 3 lakes.

In addition to cycle paths, hiking trails, Cazaux zoo, horse riding, fishing, tree climbing in Biscarrosse, golf, aqualand in Gujan Mestras, parachute jumps, Aerodrome de Villemarie, museums, etc.

Night markets every Saturday evening during the July / August period and traditional markets on Saturday and Wednesday morning.

Local shops (bakery, Intermarché, restaurants, tourist office ...) as well as doctors, pharmacy.

Pets not allowed.

Gîte neuf et en parfait état, bien équipé et agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour et le propriétaire est très sérieux et très gentil. Nous recommandons sans problème. Le seul petit bémol pour nous c’est l’emplacement, nous avons eu la chance de venir en septembre donc le quartier était plutôt calme mais je pense qu’en juillet et août, ça doit être assez bruyant car les maisons sont toutes mitoyennes.

Super séjour dans les Landes

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison de Monsieur Laffargue. Le rez de chaussée de la maison est parfaitement accessible pour une personne à mobilité réduite (WC adapté, douche à l'italienne). L'accès au lac est possible à pied en 10 minutes. Très belle location !

Une maison très agréable

la maison est très située un peu en retrait du bourg et du lac mais assez proche pour effectuer tous les déplacements à pieds. Le quartier est calme et permet de se reposer ; on se trouve près de la nature sans être loin des commodités. Nous sommes rentrés ravis !
