Quiet family villa 5 minutes from the beach

On the ridges of Pyla, in the middle of a hyper-calm neighborhood cradled by the wind in majestic pines, this villa enjoys an ideal location thanks to quick access to amenities, the ocean and Bassin beaches, as well as various essential tourist sites in our region.
THE VILLA
Following a recent renovation, this large house adopts a slightly kitsch vintage look with the most beautiful effect that will charm you.
It will not fail to seduce you also with these many other advantages:
- fenced plot of almost 1000m2 with swings and trampoline,
- several ideally oriented terraces,
- large air-conditioned living room with billiards *, TV,…
- Five large bedrooms with 10 beds,
- Several sanitary facilities: Shower room, bathroom, separate WC,
- A fully equipped kitchen,
- ...
EQUIPMENT & SERVICES
All the necessary equipment is provided in this villa including for babies and young children (Cot, and high chair).
Washing machine, reversible air conditioning, WIFI, TVs, fridge, freezer, superb gas barbecue on the terrace, billiards *, numerous board games, etc.
Possibility to park several cars and the surrounding environment makes it easy to park in front of the villa
Household linen, kitchen and hand towels are provided:
(* in case of damage to the billiard mat, compensation of € 35 will be requested).


Compulsory cleaning packages of 220 euros unless waived.

30% deposit and balance paid on the day the keys are handed over.

Refundable security deposit to be paid on arrival: € 2,000. 00

Bel emplacement, sur le papier le nombre de couchage est idéale pour les familles nombreuses mais dans la mesure où la cuisine n’est pas très exploitable (les poëles sont en très mauvais état) cela rend le séjour plus compliqué, sauf si vous faites restaurant tous les jours et à tous les repas.Très bon accueil en revanche remise des clés très tendue car la personne aurait souhaité qu’on fasse un ménage complet alors qu’on avait l’option ménage.

Une très belle maison dans un cadre superbe !

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la maison est grande, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée pour recevoir un groupe. L’environnement est calme et très agréable, tout en étant proche de la plage et du centre ville d’Arcachon. Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette grande maison familiale très calme. Nous avons profité de la grande terrasse avec barbecue et du billard pour terminer nos soirées. La seule amélioration serait peut-être de refaire la salle de bains du haut un peu vieillotte.
