Questa spaziosa villa di design è stata costruita nel 2006 ed è in perfette condizioni. La vista è spettacolare. Tutto in casa sembra perfetto poiché è stato affittato solo per alcuni anni. L'arredamento è moderno e di buon gusto. Molta cura è stata data ai dettagli. La villa offre 4 camere da letto, 3 delle quali si affacciano sulla piscina. La 4a camera da letto, anche una camera da letto principale, si trova al primo piano e ha anche una bellissima vista sul mare. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata, molle e ampi armadi (integrati). Ci sono tre bagni, due con vasca. Ci sono diverse terrazze, un salotto coperto e una bellissima piscina a sfioro. La sala TV ha una grande TV, con ricezione da canali internazionali e olandesi, e una Playstation 3. Il salotto ha finestre alte 5 metri e si affaccia su Sitges e sul mare. La casa dispone di internet wifi (via cavo) e una cucina molto ben attrezzata. La posizione della casa è ideale: un bellissimo quartiere (Vallpineda) e anche molto centrale. Si trova in un quartiere meravigliosamente tranquillo con un ampio parcheggio davanti alla porta.

Un fantastico centro tennis / paddle tennis con una palestra completamente attrezzata e una piscina olimpionica si trova a 300 metri dalla casa. Sitges organizza regolarmente eventi e feste molto carini. È noto per il festival cinematografico di ottobre (mini-Cannes), il fine settimana gastronomico dello stesso mese, il carnevale di febbraio, il raduno di auto da Barcellona a Sitges Vintage a marzo e, naturalmente, il Fiesta Mayor ad agosto. Quindi il bellissimo centro storico della vita è vivace. La città ha un carattere davvero unico e anche un bellissimo entroterra, con la valle del vino Pinedes e il parco naturale di Garaf a mezz'ora di distanza. Barcellona è molto facile da raggiungere e l'aeroporto è a 20 minuti d'auto. Insieme al clima meraviglioso, Sitges offre tutto per una vacanza ideale. La villa si trova vicino al centro di Sitges e dista solo 2 o 3 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia. Il quartiere Vallpineda, dove si trova la villa, è uno dei quartieri più belli di Sitges e meravigliosamente tranquillo.

Amazing place and can highly recommend. Our family stayed there for a week and we had a great time. One small item that's misleading - the place is not fully air conditioned. In the TV room there is no AC and it's unbearably hot, even in the evening. Makes the room unusable. The main living room also has no AC, but it's better, as there's a large sliding door to let air in. But overall I can highly recommend the place. Super clean, wonderful local contact Maria is super helpful and everything you need is there - particularly in the kitchen.

Absolutely perfect!

This was our second stay at the villa and it was excellent in every way! The view is even better than the pictures and the pool is divine. Madelene, the house manager, was also incredibly helpful and made the stay that much better. We’ll definitely be back!

Celebration Long Weekend

First time in Stiges , the house was spectacular especially the pool.. It had everything needed for stay and Madelene gave us some great recommendations for bars and restaurants. Would say that you will need a car to make the most of the area and your stay.

Joyful villa in superb location.

The awesome villa with inspiring design features was the perfect accommodation for an intergenerational get together. Most memorable was the delightful pool, edged with trees and the outdoor terrace which afforded panoramic views of Sitges. The joyful villa was the perfect base for an unforgettable family holiday.

Fantastic location & view

We loved our stay at the property. The views from the outdoor dining were amazing. Kids spent countless hours in the pool after day trekking around Barcelona and the area. Was handy to drive into metro/Barcelona or dive/walk down to the beach in Sitges or visit the nearby vineyards. Kitchen was well appointed and the bbq great. What a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay

We visited for a short October Half Term break with the kids. The property was fantastic and had everything we needed (Even the weather). Lots of space, amazing views and a pool to die for. Madelene who met us at the property was super helpful and also provided us with some top restaurant reccomendations. We will definitely visit again *****

Exceeded all expectations!

Monique’s property exceeded all expectations! The view was beyond words. The house was sparkling clean with very comfortable furniture and beds. And the location was super close to town, but far enough to be peaceful and serene. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful villa

Stayed for a short break. Beautiful villa, accurately represented by pictures. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and housekeeper was very helpful. We didn’t take a car but it was easy to get around using bus or taxi. We did walk down into Sitges but not back as uphill all the way but did make for excellent views.

Beautiful villa

Well appointed with everything we needed for friends and family after my daughters wonderful wedding in Olivella. Owner very responsive. Would recommend. 25 minute walk to centre of Sitges and easy to get a taxi back up the hill. We had a car but not essential apart from big supermarket shop

Beautiful In Every Way

Monique's home is absolutely stunning...from the views, to the property and landscaping to the tastefully decorated interior. This home is everything that is promised and more, close to all amenities including restaurants, grocery and of course the beach. Most of all we felt welcome and were extremely comfortable, as if we were in our own home. Madeline lives locally and was very flexible to assist us with our late arrival, she is absolutely delightful!

Just what we wanted

We were looking for a property close to Sitges and all it's surroundings has to offer but in a peaceful location. This villa was perfect. Just a twenty minute down hill walk to the centre(a bit longer on the way up) although there is a local bus to make it easier. Set on the hill the villa has amazing views of the town and coast which can be enjoyed almost every room, both terraces and the beautiful pool. It is well furnished, well maintained, and equipped with everything you may need whether you choose to self cater or eat out. Madelene, the hosts contact in Sitges, was charming, welcoming, helpful and available should you need anything. There were no negatives so our stay was perfect.

Lovely home overlooking sea

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sitges. The vacation home had ample room for our group of seven, including teenagers. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is within walking distance of town but is located on a hill. This provides a stunning view but does mean you have a bit of a steep climb on your return, as others have noted. If you don't have a car, jumping on a bus or hailing a cab is your best bet if you have an armful of groceries. We had no complaints at all! It's a great house in a great city!

Sitges Return

After a twelve year gap of holidaying in Sitges we returned and made the decision in this lovely villa instead of a hotel. We were lucky enough to be able to stay in this fantastic villa which has an amazing view over the whole of Sitges. The pool was fantastic and the villa contained everything you would need for a perfect stay. The owner Monique always answered any questions quickly and the local point of contact Madelene was available for any problems or questions during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble. The villa had plenty of space over 3 levels and was spotlessly clean. The villa is walkable into town about 25 minutes but probably a taxi back! Would definitely recommend for a beautiful stay and hope to return one day.

Wonderful week in Sitges

We passed a wonderful week in Sitges. The villa was spectacular!!! What a view!!!! We were 6 adults staying at the villa and there was tons of room. Communication with Monique and Madelene was easy and Madelene was super helpful and so pleasant to deal with. We didn’t have a car which wasn’t a problem. We walked into town every day and would take a taxi back to the villa. We truly had a wonderful week and would definitely rent the villa again when we come back to Sitges.

Stunning, stunning, stunning.

The house is absolutely awesome. As many have said the pictures do not do it justice. As a party of 6 adults we could have time together by the pool, in the lounge area or eating together. However my sons and I could also have private time in many areas of the house with our respective partners. The views are stunning from the dining terrace but the lower part of the house including by the pool is quite secluded and private despite having neighbours. The communication was excellent at all times as well. I can’t rate it highly enough.

WOW what a location in beautiful Sitges, Spain!

This house was absolutely amazing! The location on the hill in Sitges with a picturesque view of the water and a great pool was simply awesome! Three adult couples had a wonderful time at this house. Very clean, very equipped with everything you need and VERY responsive owner (Monique) and manager (Madelene)!! The whole process went so very smoothly especially for Americans coming to Spain for their first time! Monique always responded quickly to my emails and provided excellent information on our accommodations and the check-in process. Madelene was super sweet and was always there to help in any way no matter how small the matter was. She too was very responsive. And Ana, the private chef and tour guide that we had was the best! Ana cooked an amazing Spanish meal at the house for our group and it was so so good! She also was our tour guide for Montserrat, Barcelona and a local winery too. This made our trip a great one! We will miss Ana and Madelene for sure! The location of this home is perfect because you are away from the main area of Sitges but just a short bus or cab ride into the main area is very easy to do. We are so glad we stayed in Sitges and commuted to Barcelona by train. It was an easy process and we loved both cities! I HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone looking to travel with 3 couples - all private bedrooms and baths for each and there was plenty of room for all of us as well.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Maria, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She followed up throughout our stay with thoughtful suggestions for things to do, places to visit, and local experiences – her tips truly enriched our trip.The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We were a group of adults and young adult children, and the space suited us perfectly.The view from the house was simply breathtaking – especially from the terrace, where we enjoyed unforgettable dinners together. The pool was another highlight – refreshing, clean, and with the same stunning view.We used the bus to get into the city center several times, which was easy and convenient. But we also loved staying in and cooking at the house – the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.All in all, this was a perfect place to stay – a stunning setting, a truly kind and attentive host, and a home that felt both luxurious and welcoming.

Toller Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt in Sitges wurde dank des tollen Hauses zu einer unvergesslichen Zeit. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Unvergesslich bleibt der überragende Blick morgens beim Familienfrühstück auf der Terrasse bis hinunter zum Meer. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

We are a Dutch family with three sons. Two are studying and one is still at school. We have bought this house three years ago and like to go there as often as possible with work and school. There is a lot to do for both older and younger children in Sitges. There are great beaches and a big Aquapark in the vicinity.

We wanted a house near Barcelona, which we find a great city to visit. The travel distance is ideal, within 20 minutes you have reached the house from Barcelona airport. The is also a good train/bus connection to Sitges. We loved the house at first sight, the views, the modern style, the quiet neighbourhood and the fact that it is so near to the centre of Sitges. A great town, with an old centre, a beautiful church, nice boulevard, shops, bars andgood restaurants. Barcelona is half an hour by car, with its beautiful Gaudi monuments, Picasso museum, The Aquarium, Barceloneta, shops,, the Gothic district, etc. Our house is modern, light, spacious and has everything you want for a great holiday. We have decorated the house to our own style, with art on the walls and special attention to detail. We love to go there ourselves as much as possible!
