Ottima struttura posizionata nei pressi di Raffadali con una vista stupenda, anche se la strada per raggiungerla è un po' impervia. La casa è molto grande è ben studiata con un enorme sala da pranzo e soggiorno e le 3 camere da letto situate al primo piano con ognuna il suo bagno privato (non presente il bidet) , inoltre al piano terra c'è un'altra camera sempre con bagno. Che dire , host meraviglioso, che si prende cura del cliente e ti fa sentire veramente in vacanza, con grande ospitalità e da numerosi suggerimenti come orientarsi nei dintorni, per chi non ne fosse avezzo.

Beautiful, peaceful house with a great view. Very nicely and comfortably furnished. We spent a great time here and did not feel like visiting other places, the best was on the terrace by the pool. Terek, the host, took excellent care of us, for example, when the dishwasher broke down during our stay he not only installed a new one in 2 hours, he also washed the dishes. We plan to return to this place.

Eine ruhige in Berghanglage liegende Villa mit sehr schönem Blick.Kleinere Mankos mit denen man leben kann, Enge Einfahrt zum Parken, Küche in die Jahre gekommen , Schubladen schließen nicht richtig , ab und zu Geruchsbelästigung, viel Hundegebell, Toilette für 4tes Zimmer im Wohnzimmer (ohne Fenster), Einige Fliesen am Pool locker, Haus lässt sich nicht abschließen….Besitzer Tarek (spricht Französisch) kümmert sich liebevoll um seine Gäste, entsorgt täglich Müll, kleine Geschenke wie Olivenöl, Wein….Zusammenfassung: Ein in die Jahre gekommene abgelegene Villa in schöner ruhiger Lage. Für Strandgänger mind . 30-40 Min. Autofahrt. Sonst zu empfehlen.

Very poorly maintained and dirty! Never book this!!!

The landlord is friendly, only spoke French, but when we arrived, we were so shocked. It was so dirty, so poorly maintained, we didn't dare sleep there for even one night! Hair on the pillows, toothpaste still on the sink, glass on the floor, extremely dirty windows, deferred maintenance, cracked tiles, a very dirty pool, and so much more. And all that for so much money. Very difficult to reach by car; it feels like a slum. A terrible experience!

This is a fabulous villa, the pictures don’t do it justice. We loved the pool and the views.There is sufficient a short distance away in Raffadali to help you self cater.As has been mentioned the road to the villa is about half a mile of rough narrow roads.We did have some issues with power cuts, but this is a Sicily problem not a problem with the Villa.Tarek was very helpful whenever we needed help.The one minor mark was that ad says air conditioning throughout, however when we arrived we were told we couldn’t use the aircon in the living area, we had no idea until we arrived.But overall a fabulous Villa and highly recommended

Incredible terrace in Raffadali

The outdoor area was spectacular - gorgeous views, beautiful pool and lots of seating areas. We also enjoyed the large well equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room area. The bedrooms were small, but the beds were comfortable and each had an ensuite toilet and shower. Be aware that the final kilometre to the property is on a narrow bumpy road, and that the toilets are very small and the lights are hooked up to noisy fans, if that's the kind of thing that may bother you or your partner! My only real disappointment was that the property manager said that A/C wasn't included on the main floor, which certainly wasn't clear from the listing. Overall, I would definitely recommend

5 star review, what a beautiful villa, we had a family holiday at villa mosaic the villa was stunning even better than the photos, and what a brilliant host Terek was, he was attentive, personable, polite and most of all accommodating, he made his home feel like it was our home for the week, Terek was always on hand if needed. he would come every day to clean the pool always checking in with us to see if we needed anything, terek brought us gifts in a morning on occasion like cakes from the local pasticceria, tomato’s and olives little things he did which he didnt have to do which was greatly appreciated from me and my family, I cannot speak highly enough of Tereks hospitality you added your stamp to what was a wonderful week for me and my family, thank you very much I would recommend villa mosaic to anyone coming to visit this beautiful island.

Fantastic villa and host

This was an amazing property to stay at. The pool was absolutely perfect...so clean and fresh, large surrounding patio with plenty of outside furniture and a stunning view across the countryside. There were 2 outside eating areas, plus an outside sofa area plus sun loungers. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. An open plan downstairs with large kitchen, enormous dining table and comfy sofas. Several sets of sliding doors opened up onto the pool area. Upstairs, each of the bedrooms was en-suite with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom had it's own patio area overlooking the pool.We couldn't have asked for a better host. Available, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We had a little trouble working out how to use the oven (there is a switch somewhere hidden in a cupboard) but this was so quickly resolved by the host.Would absolutely stay there again if the opportunity arose and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für jeden der Ruhe mag.Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist speziell für normale Fahrzeuge außer SUV kaum zu bewerkstelligen.Tatsächlich ist die Ausstattung des Hauses in die Jahre gekommen, was wir an sich nicht schlimm fanden aber mit wenig Aufwand könnte man dies beheben.Leider ließ die Grundreinigung zu wünschen übrig, sodass wir etwas nachhelfen mussten, um uns wohl zu fühlen.Ein großes Lob geht an Tarek, egal ob wir Probleme mit Wasser oder Strom hatten er war schnell zur Stelle und hat es behoben.Er hat uns auch regelmäßig mit Spezialitäten verwöhnt und hat uns gute Tips zu Wochenmärkten, Restaurants und Stränden gegeben.Vielen lieben Dank an Tarek.

Cadre idyllique

Excellent séjour, dans un cadre véritablement idillyque. La maison est conforme aux photos et est très agréable. Tarek est aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Petit bémol, la villa est un peu éloignees des lieux à visiter.

Tolles Haus! Toller Service! Toller Pool!

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben! 3 Schlafzimmer mit Dusche/Wc im ersten Obergeschoss. Ein Schalfzimmer mit Zugang über die Terrasse mit Dusche. Das Wc dazu befindet sich im Wohnbereich, was aber kein Problem war. Eine Grundreinigung wäre generell mal nötig, aber es war noch gerade so ok. Das Geschirr war vollkommen ausreichen und zum Teil mehr als nötig. Das Kochgeschirr war etwas wenig, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben um einen staubsauger gebeten, den hat Tarek dann besorgt! Hätten wir etwas zusäthliches benötigt, hätte Tarek es mit Sicherheit besorgt. Wir haben hauptsächlich gegrillt. Der Grill war super. Die Pizzeria am ende der Strasse war auch sehr gut. Anfahrt zum Haus ist wirklich sehr holprig, aber auch das, war nach der ersten Fahrt kein Thema. Pool/Terrasse war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Tarek hätte auch dir Küche jeden morgen aufgeräumt, aber wir haben diesen Service abbestellt und haben es selbst gemacht. Nicht so doll ist, dass man das Haus nicht abschliessen kann, aber auch das hat uns am 2 Tag nicht mehr gestört, da die Lage das zulässt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe maison près d’Agrigente.

Belle maison au calme ,bien agencée avec une belle piscine (agréable avec la chaleur.) Tarek aux petits soins avec nous. Le seul bémol c’est le chemin qui mène à la maison. Voiture basse s’abstenir 🤗

Sehr schön!

Die Villa ist echt schön, genau wie beschrieben. Sehr abgelegen aber das ist ja der Charme und was wir gesucht haben. Der Pool ist sehr groß (16x3 oder so) gut zum schwimmen geeignet und ca 1,50 tief. Nun zum Besten: Tarek kümmert sich toll um alle Belange, sei es Restaurantbuchungen, Hinweise zum schönsten Strand oder eine Flasche Olivenöl von den Bäumen neben dem Haus. Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen sehr genossen und werden sicher irgendwann wiederkommen!

Wonderful property and with outstanding views We really enjoyed our stay there and I thought the decor with the nice touches were really unique Had all the facilities you need The host (Tarek) was very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he went beyond what you would normally expect.
