This amazing new house has hardwood floors on the main floor and carpet on 2nd level. The main floor is open concept with very comfy couches in the living room. The condition of the house is spectacular with no Noise. A perfect place to have a piece of mind. Washer and dryer are available for use as well as the kitchen. The house is in a new neighborhood within the city but only 15 min drive to the downtown. 10 Min to the Edmonton International Airport, 10 Min to the Famous West Edmonton Mall, South Common Center and University of Alberta.

We love the outdoor, walking in the country and that why bought the house on the outskirts of the city so we can take regular walks on country roads and still feel part of the city by living close to town. We love traveling and we are always on our way to a new destination near and far.

Why they chose this property

It's new and close to the airport, its located in a prestigious neighborhood, very quiet and close to the golf course. If you don't like being close to the city .i.e downtown, then this is the place to be.
