We have renovated this small detached house of 96 m² in a mountain style. This comfortable and pleasant holiday cottage, in the heart of the Hautes Vosges will delight young and old, summer and winter alike. Ideal for family vacations. This well-equipped gîte is located in the hamlet of Julienrupt in the Cleurie Valley.
It consists on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a living room with French window and kitchen area, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. The 1st floor includes a second bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed, a sink also a second bathroom with wc as well as a third bedroom furnished with a double bed accompanied by a cot. You can enjoy the outdoors with the garden furniture, the barbecue and the children can play in the surrounding green areas and enjoy the swing. Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
You are not far from the famous Tendon waterfalls and close to the Remiremont - Gérardmer axis. In this mountainous region we have on one side 15 km Gérardmer, a resort famous for its lake and its ski slopes. On the other, Remiremont at 12km, a city appreciated for its architecture and its arcades where you can enjoy cultural activities. You will also discover our beautiful fir forests thanks to numerous signposted hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and many lakes circuits. Walking trails are accessible from the village.

Si vous cherchez un lieu de séjour au calme et bien situé, c'est ici !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans les Vosges et le gîte ainsi que le très bon accueil de M et Mme Martin font partie de cette impression générale. Il est spacieux (nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants), très propre et très fonctionnel. Et si on ajoute à cela qu'il est au calme et bien situé (possibilité de rejoindre assez rapidement bon nombre de lieux d'activités estivales, de lieux de randonnées et visites ou encore des villes importantes comme Gérardmer ou La Bresse), c'est l'idéal pour passer un superbe séjour. Une adresse à retenir pour nous en tout cas !

Prettige en mooi gelegen vakantiewoning

Dit zeer prettige vakantiehuis is een goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar bijv. Gérardmer en is mooi gelegen in het glooiende en groene landschap van de Vogezen. Achter het huis ligt een fijne ruime tuin, met daarin een mooie moestuin. Op 15 loopafstand is een beek, waar je kunt vissen en picknicken. De woning is netjes en schoon en is goed uitgerust. De eigenaar, die een paar huizen verderop woont, is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij heeft ons enorm geholpen met het repareren van onze twinny load. Een mooie en comfortabele plek waar we nog eens hopen terug te komen, wellicht in de winter.

Knus vakantiehuis in een mooie omgeving

Een heerlijk vakantie huisje in een mooie omgeving. Je hoeft niet ver te rijden om iets te bezoeken. Wandelingen vanuit het huis. We hadden getroffen met het weer en konden lekker zwemmen en watersporten op het meer. De eigenaar had net een overkapping gemaakt aan het huis. Daardoor kan je lekker in de schaduw zitten maar ook als het regent zou je dan buiten kunnen zitten. Het huis was lekker schoon. de eigenaar gaf ook tips via de mail wat we konden gaan doen. Ze zijn heel gastvrij.

Séjour au paradis

Si vous souhaites vous reposer, bien dormir, bien respirer, faire des belles balades et être tranquille, voilà ce que j ai eu à Julienrupt. C était même mieux que j ai pu imaginé parce Jean François et son épouse Victoire sont tellement gentils et à l aide si on a besoin. La maison était très propre, avec un grand jardin de légumes tenu par les propriétaires, j ai profité à cuisiner, faire mon yoga sur place exposé au soleil ou sous la lune. Si vous avez des animaux n hésitez non plus, j y était avec mon chien et chat et ça se très bien passé. Un de me plus belles vacances, grand merci à Jean François et Victoire! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre gite. Un Grand merci aux propriétaires pour leurs nombreux conseils et pour votre gentillesse. Ce Gite est parfaitement équipé. Il y a aussi tout le nécessaire même si vous venez avec des enfants en bas âge. Les jeux en extérieurs sont un gros plus.

Fabulous stay

Fantastic location, well equipped and decorated property.Great owner, Mr Martin did everything to make us feel welcome.We had a memorable stay, the dogs were at home and enjoyed the walks to the river below. Thank you very much, we will be returning for our holiday.
