My apartment is located in a beautiful residential area overlooking the new Portoverde Marina , a tourist village a few meters from the main beaches, restaurants and shops. It is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance. Private and fenced parking in front of the unit for 2 cars with remote controlled gate.LUXURY MARINA VIEW has: 1 large bedroom with king size bed with smart TV LG 32''plenty of closet and storage space, security safe (sheets included), 1 Living Room with new and comfortable sofa bed (17cm thick mattress), smart TV LG 55 '' ULTRA 4K with Netflix, free WI-FI, free Air Conditioning, mosquito nets, 2 poufs that can be converted into single double beds (with 70cm x 200cm memory foam mattresses 8cm thick), equipped kitchenette, Nespresso and American coffe machine, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, 1 electric kettle, a toaster. Available tablecloth, dishes, and cooking utensils. LUXURY MARINA VIEW has 1 bathroom with a large shower ,a bidet, a large counter space (towels, foam bath, shampoo, toilet paper included). The patio overlooking the marina has been completely remodeled with elegant and comfortable furnishings that will give to the guests the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent view of the harbor. The outdoor table is extendable and can accommodate up to 8 people, sofa-armchairs set with table, an umbrella and 2 plastic sunchairs for outdoor use with respective cushions. You will have 1 man and 1 woman bicycles FREE. Upon request beach towels at a cost of € 5.00 per person per stay. Upon request FREE crib up to two years of age, over two years supplement of € 10.00 per day to be paid onsite at check-in. FREE high chair on request.

The tourist tax of € 0.50 per person per day up to a maximum of 7 days must be paid at time of check-in ( excluding children under 13 years of age)
