Dominated by our beautiful mountain "Tournette" (2351m), the cottage is quiet, in an exceptional setting overlooking an old sawmill with a WHEEL aube that pours its water in a pond ....
You will meet our "3 musketeers! », Our sheep who do conscientiously the maintenance of pastures!


The "Keeper of the Sawmill", as discreet as helpful, will be happy to share with you our ecological passions to see on the site "LA SCIERIE".

If you are attentive you will see, around the house, our friends the animals who appreciate first this space of ecological "refuge", that we have embellished with some shelters specific to each animal and insects, to be able to feed them and better to observe them .
We cohabit with many birds but also squirrels, tiny bats (endangered!), hinds, foxes, badgers, martens ... etc ... So ... rest assured!

Further down the stream of the sawmill continues its course in the "waterfall of Angon" waterfall of 60 m visible by a secured way that you will join down the Departmental road which is at the top of the chalet.

Large windows open a panoramic view to 120 ° on mountains, woods, the stream, a former sawmill (wheel paddle) and pond. In wet weather, on the side of the forest in the background of the sawmill, a waterfall (waterfall of 50m) adorns the landscape ... ... The contact with the nature is prolonged on the 2 terraces connected by the balcony of South-East to South-West ...
A terrace on the east side, at the entrance of the house, has a large wooden table (4m) covered with 2 benches, and 4 garden chairs, in front of the kitchen windows a 6 seater garden furniture awaits you! At your choice you will choose the sun, the natural shade or the parasols.
Another west side terrace 6 sunbaths with natural shade and pergola. You will also find the necessary to make your barbecue!

The chalet is furnished in a warm wooden buildings, with rooms upstairs under the roof, and for comfort there are bathrooms and toilets on each floor.
On the ground floor a large dining room opens onto a friendly lounge in "L" with a sofa bed in extra bed (Internet BOX + very large screen TV, wifi).

For public transport in the summer a FREE "ECO-SHUTTLE" serves the whole town of Talloires Montmin every day.
