Magnifique penthouse à Pecol, près du centre de Cortina (8-10 minutes à pied), avec fenêtres panoramiques et balcon ensoleillé au sud. La particularité de cet appartement est qu'il reste à Pecol bas: un petit chemin piétonnier le relie, en passant par un petit bois, à la promenade ferroviaire et au centre de Cortina en quelques minutes, il n'est donc pas nécessaire de prendre une voiture. L'appartement se compose de 2 chambres doubles et 2 chambres avec 5 lits supplémentaires pour un total de 9 personnes, avec 3 salles de bains, grand salon avec cuisine. En plus de ces pièces, il y a une très petite buanderie avec lave-linge séchant et un endroit pour se repasser. Appartement neuf, lumineux, bien exposé avec un mobilier raffiné, parking réservé aux voitures avec pelouse à proximité, entouré de tranquillité.

Our stay at this penthouse accommodation was fabulous! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, and the view is simply stunning. Maria is an excellent host — communication was always quick, clear, and helpful. We highly recommended both the apartment and the host!

Roomy but basic

This property photographs better than it looks. It sure has sensational views, but it is an uphill slog of a walk from town not for the faint hearted. The apartment is nice but very basic, three bathrooms is very handy and the beds were comfortable, the dining table is not. There is no room on the balcony to do anything but stand, the rooms are very small and so is the kitchen. It is a good price and we would stay again but with different expectations. It is also three long flights of stairs up.

Fantastic view from a luxurious apartment

We stayed here for six nights and enjoyed our holiday immensely. The apartment has awesome views and was very clean and orderly. Having three bathrooms was a real bonus too! I would stay here again without hesitation.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful panoramic view of the Dolomites. Short walk to the city center and a short car drive away from all the great trails around Cortina. I can absolutely recommend the apartment!

Appartamento splendido, vista fantastica, vicina al centro ma fuori dalla confusione. Arredamento e distribuzione delle camere molto razionale, bei bagni tutti e tre luminosi e belli. Veramente una bellissima casa!

L'appartamento gode di una luminosità eccezionale e gli spazi sono sfruttati egregiamente. Le foto sul sito danno solo una piccola immagine di quello che è realmente. Complimenti anche all'architetto. Ottimi rapporti con la proprietà. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Tutto nel complesso bene, penso che il gruppo di Martin abbia passato delle bellissime giornate a Cortina ; come consiglio insisterei sulla necessità di togliere le scarpe da passeggiata subito all’ingresso dello chalet e dell’appartamento per non causare problemi di sporco e di piccoli sassolini . Questo è un comportamento normale sia d’estate che durante il periodo invernale: gli scarponi vanno tolti subito all’ingresso dello chalet per non causare sporco e rumore . Ho faticato abbastanza a pulire ed a togliere tutti i piccoli sassi ma , come dicevo ,tutto in complesso bene ! Cordiali saluti Maria

Casa stupenda, ideale per gruppo numeroso! ROMANTICA VISTA su Cortina e sulle bellissime TOFANE!

Io e la mia famiglia con due bambini piccoli (2 e 3 anni) ed alcuni amici abbiamo passato 1 settimana fantastica in questo bellissimo appartamento, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i confort. Che dire di più? Prenoterei già adesso per l'anno prossimo, perché siamo stati così bene da sentirci davvero come a casa nostra. Gli ampi spazi di cui è dotato questo appartamento offrono a tutti la possibilità di rilassarsi & allo stesso tempo godere della compagnia. Bagni perfetti, cucina ok.

Sono felice che vi siate trovati bene nel nostro appartamento che è , anche per me ,molto bello , ben esposto , comodo e con una meravigliosa vista : ringrazio chi l'ha progettato, poiché è stato fatto con grande cura ed in più è vicino al centro di Cortina ,che è raggiungibile e piedi in una decina di minuti ,ma anche è in una zona silenziosa e senza traffico .
