AMAZING

We loved the house and the location was perfect for us. Having the dock to be picked up was also very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great house & location!

The house is a nice as advertised or even better. Location is great, far enough from town but close enough to go in when you want. Property Management is excellent! Courteous, professional and always available. We had a great time and are likely to return.

2nd Christmas at Villa Ragazza

This was our second family Christmas spent at Villa Ragazza. We enjoy the privacy and quietness of the Villa while still being able to easily get to San Pedro by golf cart to enjoy the sights and sounds there. Property Manager, Kelin, was attentive to our every need as she was on our previous stay. Until next time!

Beautiful house and location

The pool and house are incredible! Kelin was fantastic to communicate with and she took care of booking snorkeling, massages, golf cart rental, dinner reservations, etc. We booked Chef Maria for a few dinners and everything tasted amazing. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Simply stunning

I miss this place so much!,, it was EXACTLY as pictured (better than pics show) . We enjoyed everything about our stay from property mgmt, scheduling a golf cart for us, transport from/to airport , helping us with our snorkeling days, highly recommend these guides. It was just us 2 on the boat both days which for me was so much better than bigger boats with 8 to 10 ppl! They pick you up right at the house pier. Had a fabulous massage at house on beach under the palpayla (sp?). Definitely recommend this property and I’m hoping to come back with family/friends soon!

A Dream Vacation Spot

The house was even more amazing than the pictures! And the location was great!! It was quiet, secluded, and had all of the amenities that we needed. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and is very comfortable. The infinity pool was such a wonderful treat with a fantastic view! The private docks were great to relax on and also handy to have our tour guides pick us up from to go fishing and snorkeling.

Unbelizeable!!

The villa is appropriately named. My wife and I had an "Unbelizeable" time at the villa. From the moment we arrived, we were happy to see the villa is exactly as shown in photos on VRBO. The host was excellent and easy to communicate with. Th location for us was perfect. We prefer something secluded and away from all the touristy areas. There are many good restaurants in close proximity, as well as barrier reef, just 400 yards offshore from the property. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again in the future.

Awesome stay, house was great, views we’re spectacular!! Mario and his wife were great, very responsive. We went diving, snorkeling, fishing and a trip to mainland for cave tubing and zip lining. Mario set this all up and cooked up our fish that we caught. We loved cay corker , secret beach not so much.... I highly recommend this property and location.

Wonderful family holiday getaway!

We loved our holiday stay at Villa Ragazza! The house had everything we needed and property manager Kelin checked in with us every day. She even tried to help us retrieve our delayed luggage! The villa is about a 15 minute golf cart drive to San Pedro and we appreciated the privacy and quietness of the location. Yes, we had some ants and mosquitos but expected that being in the Caribbean. We would definitely return to Villa Ragazza for our next trip to Belize!

Amazing!

Our stay at villa regazza was spectacular! From the house to the island to Mario and Christine it could not have been better. Mario and his wife both went above and beyond to make our stay more then perfect. They cooked us amazing meals and were always available for anything we needed or wanted. From the fresh grapefruit juice, salsa and guacamole to arranging our daily activities they made our vacation one to remember! We are already planning our trip back. Thank you!!!

Great stay all around

Beautiful property with great maintained grounds and unbeatable ocean views. Gilbert was above and beyond accommodating when our uggage didn't arrive on time on the puddle jumper flight. He went out of his way to work with Maya air to track down the luggage, go back to the airport when it arrived, and hand delivered it to us. Communication throughout the entire stay was impeccable. Daily contact was made to ensure all was well.

February dive trip

Really only 1 issue, A/C unit in non-master ocean front room needs replacing, didn’t function well at all. Otherwise, an outstanding place to stay. The drive into town is worth the bumpy road to get away from noise and congestion of being in the hub. Dive shop picked us up at our pier, and dropped us off afterward. Mohagony Bay is a beautiful resort we hit for drinks/lunch, only 1.5 miles away. Mario is super easy to work with, cooked a great meal for us one nite. If flying into Belize City on a Saturday afternoon, be prepared for long customs line, as most large planes all get their about the same time, important in booking Tropic Air flights to San Pedro. Otherwise, property was a great for a family of 4 for a week of diving.

Beautiful Villa Regazza

This house is everything that the pictures show it to be. Just beautiful. Beautiful view. Perfect location. And wonderful caretakers. Mario and Cristine are the caretakers of the house and they did everything for us. Mario took care of booking all our excursions. The dock at the house was awesome. Everything we did, someone picked us up right at the dock outside. Mario helped us with renting a golf cart too. You do need one if you want to go into town or just drive around Ambergris Caye to see the rest of the island. Cristine cleaned up after us every day and cooked for us upon request. Sometimes, Mario and Cristine cooked for us together. They were really great and we don't know if we would have been so happy without them. We would definitely recommend this house and we would come back again. Thank you Mario and Cristine!

Beautiful Home!

Our family stayed here for a getaway. We have never rented a free standing home on Ambegris before, and this one did not disappoint. It is bright, sunny, and welcoming, the management company was great, and the pool was PHENOMENAL. We literally lived in it for the first 3 days. The only issue we had was after it rained the third day. After that, we couldn't use the pool area the rest of our time there because there were thousands and thousands of mosquitos covering the outside walls, ceiling, and doors. We just stared at them in horror. We then tried to get rid of them with the hose, but that didn't work, and worse - as soon as we opened the doors to the deck, a lot came inside. We even tried to quickly sneak by them and get in the pool, but unless we were completely submerged, there was no escaping them. Recommend management is prepared in the future after rain to immediately show up and eradicate them so tenants can continue to enjoy that gorgeous infinity pool. Otherwise, this is a fabulous home!

A Perfect Week

We just returned last night. Mom, dad, grandmother and three teenagers. First off, we were super impressed with Ambergris. We typically spend spring breaks in the BVIs/USVIs for the snorkeling but will be looking towards the Belizean islands from now on for sure. The islanders are WAY friendlier, the atmosphere safer and it was far less expensive. Villa Ragazza was a perfect home base for us. Spacious, cool air conditioning, modern amenities, waterfront location for daily excursion pick ups, lovely pool and MARIO! Mario and his wife, Christine, are the caretakers. They live on the property but not in the home. They worked day and night to make our stay perfect. Cooked authentic, delicous, local-style meals for us once or twice a day. Did our laundry, made beds, cleaned and maintaied the property. They even pulled the sargassa out of the water so we wouldn't have to see or smell it. Not that we minded it at all. Mario had a golf cart waitng for us when we arrived, arraged taxi service to and from the airport, arranged for a guided zip line/cavetubing trip for one day and set up a full day boat charter (mornings fly fishing for tarpon and afternoons snorkeling different sites) for five of our days. The week flew by, as all wonderful vacation weeks do. Hoping to return one day!

Loved our stay!!!

The property is amazing!!! Mario is amazing!!! Keeps everything well taken care and takes care of you during your stay!!! There needs to be outdoor rugs put out by the pool as the wrong tile was used out there and it’s way too slippery when wet!!! That’s dangerno matter if you walk and not run!!!! Outdoor rugs need to be put out there for safety!! Other than that everything was amazing!! We lived the location and sand Pedro Belize was amazing!!

Great place with just a few hickups

Location was our choice, but it was a little further than expected from San Pedro and city life. The dirt road was extremely rough. The onsite attendant was very courteous but had not prepared property very well. We had to ask for lights to be replaced because we could not see on patio (pool area). Also, the pool was extreme dirty. The dock did not have working dock lights, so that was a surprise. I know we are in the tropics, but the ants were quite ridiculous. We had to put ALL food in refrigerator.

Fabulous house, location, view!!

6 of us stayed in this beautiful house and had the most amazing time! Amazing view of the ocean. Location is just far enough from town for privacy, a short golf cart ride with plenty of local spots to stop along the way. Our stay was very comfortable and we always felt safe. Mario is a wonderful cook! Just recommend coordinating meals and times up front if that is important to you. Would definitely stay here again!!

We are originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but have resided in California since 1990. We love to vacation in Belize! We love it so much we decided to purchase Villa Ragazza Belize as our vacation/rental home. We know you will fall in love with Belize and Villa Ragazza as well!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love to snorkel, kayak, fish and explore ancient archeological sites. Ambergris Caye is one of the top areas in the world for these activities. We have found the locals to be very friendly and the restaurants have great food. English is the official language and they accept US dollars with a favorable 2 to 1 exchange rate. Ambergris Caye is located just 1 mile off the second largest coral reef in the world, and the location exceeded our expectations. The area has a wide variety of wildlife, but is located away from the city noise and traffic with excellent privacy. It's "UnBelizeable!" Paradise Awaits!

Villa Ragazza Belize is one of the few high-end homes on Ambergris Caye. It has a unique design and fantastic views and sunrises and sunsets. Our elevated infinity pool is one of a kind on the island! The ocean views are spectacular.
