This relaxing residence possesses a cliff top garden, private parking and storage for bikes and sailing equipment.
Apartment completely renovated in 2011 (equipment and bedding are new).
The apartment is very well insulated with 3 programmable, easy to use, adjustable electric heaters. There is also a heated towel rail found in the bathroom.

A 2 double bedded apartment:
-One easily convertible corner sofa bed for 2 places (140 x 190 cm) facing the beach
-One double bed (140 x 190 cm) on the mezzanine floor with sea view.
-Bathroom includes: vanity sink, walk-in shower, washer-dryer and hair dryer.
-WC apart.
-Numerous cupboards including wardrobes and shelves on the ground floor (entrance and living room) and on the mezzanine.
-Access to the mezzanine by swimming pool style stairs. Blinds in order to isolate the mezzanine area.
-Touristic guides with maps of the region, board games, magazines and books for all ages.

Normally, two payments possible :
1/ Secure payment by credit card :
Please note that there's a 10% of the rent :5-8 % service fee for HomeAway + a 1,7-2,7 % credit card fee according the countries.
-50 % deposit upon reservation and balance ten days before your stay.
2/ Payment by check or bank transfer with rental agreement :
-30 % deposit upon reservation by check or bank transfer
-The balance by bank transfer ten days before your stay or by check or cash upon your arrival in the appartment

-A deposit of 500 € is asked at check-in and returned at check-out
