Wonderful Oasis Beach !!

Beautiful setting, pool, views and accomodation. Lovely quiet area and close to the beach and restaurants. Our third visit to Oasis beach, we love it and we will be back again! Just would have liked a full length mirror in the appartment.

Very well appointed apartment. The key for the main gate was a bit temperamental. It would have been nice to have some chairs to take down to the pool.

Smelt of drains and beds very uncomfortable.

In a very quiet area. No where to sit around the pool. Very small apartment and smell of drains very off putting.

We found the keys, but then saw the external spiral staircase may be dangerous as (unlike others) it had no handrail. We knew there was no lift, but my wife’s disabilities mean she can’t use stairs without a rail. The stairs could be wet & slippery from rain or someone using them after being in the pool. Risky, especially for elderly & children.Phoning elicited no response so I emailed. Up at 4am for an early flight we needed rest so booked a night in a hotel, hoping the Host would respond.A few hours later they got in touch. I had already mentioned my wife had disabilities. We could not stay at that property but my request for a substantial refund was rejected. As they hadn’t offered any solution by next morning, I paid the hotel for the rest of our trip (1,000 holiday cost increase). Too late, the Host then offered other properties.We agreed a 50% refund of the rental cost. I was assured I wouldn’t pay the cleaning fee. Next day the Host reneged; I must pay for cleaning a property we hadn’t used.I was pressured to sign a contract to say I was content and should not seek any further costs. I signed to reduce my costs and try to enjoy the remaining few days in Denia.Spain recognises the risks and requires handrails on stairways, with some exemption for properties built prior to the regulations. A business that lets properties, should have a duty of care to guests. Not only has the Host used the exemption, but the absence of a handrail was not mentioned in the listing.

Schone kamers, een toplocatie en goede service. Daarnaast is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. We hebben een hele leuke tijd gehad en zouden deze accommodatie zeker aanraden!

Estancia perfecta de principio a fin

¡Hemos tenido una estancia absolutamente perfecta en este alojamiento en Denia! Desde la primera comunicación hasta el momento de la salida, todo ha sido impecable, fluido y muy profesional. El alojamiento estaba en condiciones inmejorables: impecablemente limpio, perfectamente equipado y sin que faltara absolutamente nada. Cabe destacar también la excelente ubicación, ideal tanto para moverse con facilidad como para disfrutar de la tranquilidad. Se nota claramente la dedicación y el cuidado por la calidad y la hospitalidad en cada detalle. Nos sentimos cómodos y bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Sin duda, volveríamos a reservar este alojamiento en cualquier momento y lo recomendamos sin ninguna restricción y con total convicción. ¡Simplemente maravilloso!

Un bonito lugar para desconectar

La localización, la tranquilidad de la urbanización. Una bonita piscina. Por la noche hemos tenido pequeños ocupas que sin permiso deambulaban por todas las estancias. Unas pesadas hormigas a las que también les gustaba el alojamiento.

Está bien así

Buena ubicación. Tranquilidad El aire acondicionado se apaga cada vez que se abre la puerta o la ventana. Entiendo la razón: evitar un abuso y mantener bajo el coste de la electricidad. Pero es incómodo y poco práctico. Yo, en mi apartamento al lado justamente pongo el aire cuando no estoy para refrescar el ambiente y no me gusta ponerlo cuando estoy.
