IN MALCESINE our "LA VILLETTA" is a very and romantic annex building of a liberty style villa dated 1912 and totally restored in the year 2016.
The cottage is for max 2 peoples and is very comfortable and fully equipped, it has on the ground floor a cozy living room with kitchenette and SAT TV, on the 1st floor the bedroom with double bed, the bathroom with shower and a nice balcony overlooking Lake Garda.
NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS.
Outside there is a large terrace always with a beautiful and wide lake view, with table, chairs, sun umbrella and deck chairs.
Parking for cars is also available and nearby 150 metres, included in the price.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi available and included in the price.
IN THE CENTER BUT QUIET - The house is located in the center of Malcesine, accessible from a pedestrian and very quiet street.
Harbor, Scaliger Castle, supermarket, cable car, restaurants, shops and bars are all nearby, the car is not necessary, the beautiful lake promenade and beach on the lake are about 500 meters far away.
The bus station is 200 metres from the house and the jetty for the ships is 100 metres far from the house.
Sorry, pets are not welcome.

UNSERE „LA VILLETTA“ IST EIN SEHR SCHOENES NEBENGEBAEUDE EINER JUGENDSTILVILLA. Das Haeuschen ist fuer max 2 Personen geeignet und ist komplett und sehr gemuetlich ausgestattet, es hat im Erdgeschoss ein gemuetliches Wohnzimmer mit Kuechenzeile und TV SAT, im 1. Stock liegen das Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett, das Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen schoenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee.
NICHT GEEIGNET FÜR MENSCHEN MIT MOBILITÄTSPROBLEMEN.
Aussen es gibt eine grosse Terrasse immer mit herrlicher und weiter Seesicht, mit Tisch, Stuehle, Sonnenschirm und Liegestuehle.
Parkplatz fuer PKW ist auch vorhanden und in der Naehe 150 Mt. (private Garage im Mietpreis inbegriffen ).
Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2017 total restauriert. Klimaanlage und W-LAN vorhanden.
IM ZENTRUM ABER RUHIG - Das Haus liegt im Zentrum Malcesine, erreichbar von einer sehr ruhigen Gasse.
Hafen, Scaligerburg, Supermarkt, Seilbahn, Restaurants, Geschaefte und Bars sind alle in der Naehe, das Auto ist nicht noetig, die schoene Seepromenade und Strand am See sind ca. 500 Mt. weit entfernt.
Der Busbahnhof ist 200 Mt. vom Haus entfernt sowie der Landungssteg fuer die Schiffe.
