It is located on1st floor. Interior size is60m2 andbalcony is 5m2.An additional feature of this accommodation is the sea view. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is in the kitchen and the other air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in front of the building.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 50€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.

Novigradis a small town and port on the west coast of Istria, built during the Roman period. The old part of Novigrad is located on a small peninsula near the mouth of Mirna river. Novigrad is known for its narrow medieval streets, the old town walls, and the basilica of St. Pelages in the centre of town. It is located between towns Umag and Porec.
The usual tourist offer is complemented by hunting in the valley of the river Mirna, canoe safari on the river Mirna and exploring the seabed of Novigrad.
Town is made up of many small and narrow streets, tiny shops and basically everywhere you go you will feel the scent of the sea which makes Novigrad amazing.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr gute Lage zum Strand sowie zur Stadt. Sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter, welcher auf unsere Ankunft gewartet hat und mit dem man schon vor der Anreise immer wieder in Kontakt gekommen ist. Dieser stand einem für Fragen oder Bitten auch immer zur Verfügung und hat uns beim Check-in die Ausstattung des Appartments gezeigt. Das Appartment an sich hatte eine sehr großzügige Ausstattung und war sehr gemütlich für unseren Aufenthalt. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der Nähe des Hafens (ca. 150m) und des Strandes. Wir würden wiederkommen und ein Aufenthalt ist sehr zu empfehlen.

До пляжа три минуты через парк, до двух огромных гипермаркетов – 10, до старого города минут 15, но он очень оживлённый со множеством ресторанчиков и магазинчиков. Просторная гостиная, две спальни, во всех трёх комнатах отлично работающие кондиционеры. Балкон с видом на море. Второй этаж, но подниматься не очень высоко. Есть практически всё необходимое, своё место для парковки во дворе.

Kroatien ist immer eine Reise wert.

Die Aussicht war toll auf den Yachthafen und die Stadt. ( wie auf den Bildern ) Kurze Wege in die Stadt und zum Strand. Das Auto kann man getrost auf dem Stellplatz stehen lassen.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt vor der Tür liegt der Hafen. Ein paar Schritte weiter fängt der Strand an und nach einem kurzen Fußweg ist man auch in der schönen Altstadt von Novigrad. Auch das Apartment an sich ist mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet und der Balkon mit Blick auf die Boote im Hafen wirklich sehr schön.
