Ideally located 15 minutes walk from the city center of Deauville and 5 minutes walk from the beach, this is the perfect place to spend a rejuvenating holiday with family! The villa has a terrace, a garden and a petanque area. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds (160cm) and a room with 4 bunk beds for children.

A magnificent house in Tourgeville

We stayed at the house for a week. It was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We are in most nights and enjoyed boulles in the back yard. It is close to a supermarket and Boulanger. It is a few minutes from the beach and a nice walk from Deauville. There is so much to see and do in the region.

Family Fun

This is the perfect home for a multi generational family holiday. Short walk to beautiful beach and promenade. Beachside restaurants and children’s play parks are also close by. Carrefour supermarket and baker within walking distance too. The house itself is well laid out and well equipped. Elise was very responsive to our enquiries and all in all, a house to be recommended.

9 days stay at Tourgéville

All amenities within walking distance. Carrefour supermarket and the beach were 5-10 mins walking. Boulangérie was 15 minutes walk. Deauville centre was 15-20 mins walking. Did not use the car at all once we got there. The children loved the beach and the sea and were swimming almost every day. There were several lifeguards on duty and we felt reassured by that, although the sea was calm.

Wonderful house!

The house is great! Super location 5 mins walk from the beach. Plenty of space and seating both inside and outside the house. The area is lovely, enjoyed walking/cycling to the nearby towns. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. We didn’t need our car all holiday, just on foot or bike which was perfect for us! The host was readily available and promptly answered any questions we had about the property. Check in and check out were hassle free. Highly recommend!

Tolles Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Wir haben das Haus fĂŒr 2 Wochen mit 2 Familien (je mit 2 Kindern im Alter zwischen 1-5) gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und besonders die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist hervorragend. Da das GrundstĂŒck komplett umzĂ€unt ist, macht es den Aufenthalt mit Kleinkindern sehr entspannt. Den Kindern gefielen natĂŒrlich besonders die Hochbetten und das schon vorhandene Spielzeug und der Bouleplatz im Garten. In den nach vorn ausgerichteten Zimmern hört man bei offenem Fenster natĂŒrlich den Straßenverkehr. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig nach hinten ausgerichtet. Als es bei unserem Aufenthalt Probleme mit dem Wasserrohr gab, hat sich Frau Meyer, die EigentĂŒmerin, umgehend und entgegenkommend darum gekĂŒmmert, um uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Kommunikation vor Ort mit der zustĂ€ndigen Agentur war etwas schwierig, da wir nur sehr wenig Französisch sprechen und eine Kommunikation auf Englisch leider nicht funktionierte. Die Lage des Hauses, von dem man in wenigen Gehminuten den riesigen Strand erreicht, ist wirklich toll. Ein großer Supermarkt und ein BĂ€cker sind auch direkt in der NĂ€he. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Herrliches Objekt in StrandnÀhe

Fabulous property

We booked this property at the last minute and we are very glad we did. The house is amazing - lots of bedrooms and the living/dining spaces are fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect for a large group or a family like ours with teens. Would definitely recommend.
