About this property

Family friendly summer house with ocean view on large undisturbed property

Modern family friendly summer house on a large property near beach and shopping. The summer house is fully renovated in 2018 and ideal for a small family getaway for one or two families.

The house holds three bedrooms with space for both adults and children. There is a large open combined kitchen and dining areas with great panoramic views of the bay. Large floor to ceiling windows brings you close to nature and the bay. The house is designed in all wood and natural colors to keep a homely, relaxing and cozy feeling.

Kitchen and bathroom are fully modernized with new appliances and outside you will find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water facing the bay.

The house is sourced by a huge 100 square meter wooden terrace that levels with the house creating a feel of a seamless indoor and outdoor experience supported by the large terraced doors. The terrace has a hammock, large American relaxing chairs, a Weber gas grill and a large table seating 8-10 people.

Very nice and well equipped House and property. Our three kids enjoyed using the Trampolin, playing soccer, swimming with the SUP and fishing crabs :) We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at this beautiful place. Thank you.

Excellent stay

I would thoroughly recommend this spot for a family getaway. The home contained everything we needed. The outside of the home was, however, the best part! The views were beautiful. My son enjoyed the trampoline. We even caught sight of a deer making its way through the garden. You will certainly make use of a car while here but there are also lots of places you can walk to/take the bus to. The host was very receptive to all questions. Fantastic VRBO!

Sehr gerne reihen wir uns ein in die 10 von 10 Punkte-Bewertungen!Es war wirklich unglaublich schön, in diesem so detailliert kuratierten kleinen Haus, mit diesem erholsamen Garten im friedlichen Dänemark Die Nähe zu Aarhus, mit sehr viel Kunst, Kulinarik, Design und tollen Leuten - und die wertvolle Ruhe im Haus waren perfekt. Vielen Dank an Anders und Marie für eure Gastfreundschaft, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Eine absolute 10/10!

Sfeervol en mooi uitzicht

Fijn huis, mooi ingericht, fijne bedden. En van alle gemakken voorzien. Leuk voor kinderen. Trampoline en ander leuk speelgoed. Dichtbij water om te suppen. Supboards zijn aanwezig. Rustige omgeving. Wij hebben erg genoten.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, tolle Küche, Terrasse sehr schön ausgestattet mit Grill. Trampolin und SUP Boards zur Nutzung. Badestelle 5 Minuten zu Fuß in herrlicher und ruhiger Umgebung. Aarhus und Ebeltoft in 30 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso Supermärkte und Padel Halle in Rönde (5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Das Ferienhaus und die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war ganz toll und nur zu empfehlen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Anders Haus. Die Terrasse, sowie das große gepflegte Grundstück mit dem Trampolin waren toll...und natürlich der Blick aufs Meer-unschlagbar. Das Zimmer mit den Spielsachen hat uns an einem regnerischen Tag gerettet :) Die Kommunikation mit Anders war prima, insbesondere auch die ganzen Tipps, was rundum besichtigt und gemacht werden kann.

Wundervoll und perfekt für Familien

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit riesigem Garten und gaaaanz viel Spielzeug, perfekt für Kinder!! Von Lego über Barbie, Briobahn, Sandspielzeug, Ketten basteln, Malen - für jeden was dabei... Es gab ein großes im Boden eingelassenes Trampolin, Platz für 3 Hängematten, ganz viel Platz mit Fellen und Kissen auf der Terrasse, natürlich der große Garten, eine Feuerstelle die windgeschützt ist und das ganze nur einen Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Das Meer ist sehr flach was ideal für Kinder ist. In max 30 min Entfernung findet man Aarhus, Randers Regenwald, Ree Safari Park, Mols Bjerge Nationalpark und noch so viel mehr für richtig schöne Ausflüge. Im Haus selbst ist es traumhaft, es riecht wundervoll nach Holz, alles ist hochwertig und maßgeschneidert (Betten), kein Plastik irgendwo, wenn die Sonne scheint ist es mollig warm. Ansonsten gibts es eine vernünftige Heizung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist absolut ausreichend, aber man sollte selbst Öl, Salz, Zucker, Pfeffer etc. mitbringend, aber das tut man ja eh meistens. Ich würde das Haus für 2 Erwachsene und max 3 Kinder empfehlen. Obwohl es noch ein Gästezimmer mit 4 extra Betten gibt, würde es dann im Haus selbst und mit nur einem Badezimmer auf Dauer recht eng. Aber das muss jeder selbst entscheiden :) Die Kommunikation mit Anders war hervorragend, wir haben immer sofort richtig ausführliche und sehr sehr nette Antworten bekommen und ganz viele Tips! Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Feriengebiet und es gab auf der kleinen Sackgasse nur sehr wenig Autos. Die direkte Umgebung ist wundervoll für kleine Wanderungen geeignet, alle Wege sind mit dem Kinderwagen befahrbar. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig und man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt :)

Beautiful Home in Rønde

My husband, son and I stayed for 5 nights at the Følle Beach Home. The house is beautiful, open and airy and was very clean. The outside grounds were also very beautiful and well cared for. Anders communicated everything very clearly to us and he responded to any questions we had We would love to stay again in this beautiful place if we visit Denmark again

Zum wohlfühlen, super gemütlich und sehr Kinder freundlich.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Das Bad ist für 4 Personen etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Garten ist ein Traum und ideal für Kinder, die Terrasse ein Genuss. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war klasse.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Gross und klein haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Viele schöne Aktiviteten in der näheren Umgebung möglich, falls das Wetter es mal nicht zulässt die Aussicht auf der Terrasse zu geniessen.

Sehr modernes gut ausgestattes Ferienhaus mit großem Außenbereich

Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich und hilfreich, wir haben Tipps zum Einkaufen und Ausgehen bekommen. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Wohnbereich und genug Platz für, in unserem Fall, 6 (Erwachsene) Gäste. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß, lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen und Entspannen ein. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.
