The space

Enjoy a spacious, relaxing and very comfortable apartment in our 'cubist' city. Located in the center of Olhão less than five minutes walk to our wonderful islands, markets, restaurants and shopping center.
Situated on the 3rd floor, no elevator, consisting of 3 large bedrooms, one of them with private suite. The floor of the apartment is all marble, except for the rooms that have the floor lined with wooden floors. All rooms have a balcony, two of them are closed and one is open. All rooms have air conditioning, while another is air conditioned in the dining room. It has a large living room, dining room with balcony, two bathrooms, laundry and pantry.
Bathrooms:
The two bathrooms are equipped with everything you need at the time of entry.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is large, with electric oven, ceramic hob, stainless steel hood, refrigerator, refrigerator compartment, two granite countertops and dishwasher.
It has a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and toaster, and is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and crockery. You will still have at your disposal some cooking ingredients.
Living room:
Large living room, the existing arches, make the house stunning, the living room has two sofas, table and chairs. There is a fireplace, adorning the room which gives it a cozy ambiance. The living room has a balcony, with great views of one of the best known squares of Olhão, the square of Agadir.
It is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi.
Dining room
The dining room combines your space with the kitchen, being more a cozy space.
Laundry
It has a washing machine as well as a clothes rack and respective washing machine cleaning products.
Pantry
The utility room has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner.
