Villa il Giuggiolo, ancient country house with pool at Azienda Fontelunga

I our farm we have a number of houses left intact in theyr original style.
Viila Il Giuggiolo is ancient building near a small country village in the country in front of Cortona.
Divided into 2 apartments of the same size, completely independent from each other you will have a large private area to share to the tegeter with your family, 2 independent but connected large gardens (one ofr each apartment), and private parking and entrance
The swimming pool area is just outside the private area and will be shared with the occupants of a small apartment we have not too far away, which can be rented in case of need of additional bed space.
In the gardens you will find barbeques, sun beds, chaies and shaded area for your aoutside time togeter.
Each of the two apartments has its own kitchen, and a spacious living room where you can stay all togeter for enjoiyng time.
The swimming pool area is very large and fully equipped with sun beds, shades and same tables and chairs alro
The peaceful corner of the valley is very easy to reacha nd it is not far from shops and main roads.
Also a very convenient train station which is a good connection with Florence, and Rome
It is also close also to Unbria, and at a short r drive from main locations like Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, S Gimignano, Perugia, Assisi, Trasimeno Lake Orvieto Gubbio.
IN hour main villa close by the house we also provide traditional Tuscan cooking classes and dinners, also possible guided tours of the cities, winery and the local market


Cooking classes: During all summer my mother Mamma Donatella will be happy to welcome you in our restaurant and teach you ho to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes and then we will taste them together with your family

Bicycle, scooters and car rental: We can arrange rentals for any of the items mentioned, just contact us in advance
