The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, one bedroom with a private bathroom, and a guest toilet. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a direct exit to the covered balcony with a beautiful view of the olive grove. The house is fully air-conditioned and harmoniously decorated in a country style. The bedrooms are additionally equipped with satellite TV. The beautiful outdoor terrace has direct access to the large infinity heated pool. The yard is completely fenced, and it is dominated by Mediterranean vegetation and a beautifully manicured lawn. Guests have at their disposal a wood and gas grill and two parking spaces inside the yard. Villa Sana is an ideal destination for families who want to spend their holiday in a quiet environment, not far from the beautiful beaches of the west coast of Istra. *The pool can be heated on request with an extra cost.*
