Apartment Prekalj Jelena, decorated in a bohemian style, is located near the center of Poreč, only 400m from the sea. It can accommodate two persons and it is situated on the ground floor of a residental building. This apartment consists of a lovely pastel main living area, a double bed bedroom with its own exit to the terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the cosy living room you can find a TV, a small dining area and a well enquiped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary modern cooking appliances. The main area has an entrance to the terrace. Outside, you can find a seating area overlooking the rich garden which surrounds the terrace - perfect for enjoying in a breakfast or a warm summer evening with your family and friends. Private parking place is at your disposal. Pets are allowed for a fee.

Wohnung ok - aber Einrichtung veraltet

Die Wohnung ist schön und groß für 2 Personen. Sie bedarf allerdings eijner Renovierung. Lage ist auch in Ordnung. Einrichtung ist veraltet, Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer hängen lose aus der Wand. Fazit: Wir würden sie nicht mehr buchen.
