The apartment is in a great location,it was modern , clean, & furnishings of a good standard. The complex was excellent with well groomed gardens & lovely swimming pools The views from the apartment were great. Never had a problem, was very happy with my booking

A good apartment for the price would stay again if in that area.

Location was good, nice high floor it was surprisingly quiet at night. I liked the indoor pool, although it was more of a covered outdoor pool, it was very quiet but a bit cold in the water. The gym was more of an outdoor one like you see on the beaches but for the money both were ok. The apartment was a bit scruffy in places - the frame around the bathroom was broken and the ironing board was falling apart and dangerous to use. The iron flex was fraying in places.

lovely apartment. like the patio doors in bedroom too. clean and welcoming 2nd time to visit but would like to see chairs in the apartment to take down to the pool.

Location of the apartment was good. Not far from the beach. Nice walk into the old town (20 mins approx). Being on the 27th floor gave fabulous views over Benidorm. The large balcony was great for soaking up the sun. Small point - more coat hangers!

lovely apartment

Great location, lovely apartment. Loved the automatic shutters on the balcony, once closed no noise from outside whatsoever. Didn't know if could get English TV channels, also could not work out how to use oven. Instructions would be helpful. Grab rail in shower would help some people feel a bit safer.

Great location,grounds appear well maintained and secure.lovely views and no noise from other appartments. Wi-Fi is very good and large tv.lovely comfy bed, loved the balcony .was clean on arrival. My views are based on a long stay , limited wardrobe and drawer space for more than 2 people,we bought,more coat hangers,chopping board and non slip mat for bath. I also reported the cable on iron,faulty ironing board and on few occasions electrics tripped when using few appliances at same time.also to keep appartment clean needs new brush head and could benefit from small wall vacuum . It’s showing evidence of damp in bathroom ( door frame and cupboard ).a lot of our needs on a long stay will differ from short stays and I would say the above points haven’t put us off rebooking the appartment for October

Excellent, well fitted out apartment with fantastic views.

Lovely clean apartment with absolutely everything you need. Great location (opposite Uncle Ped's) with amazing views over the town to the sea from the 27th floor. Fantastic, large terrace with electric shutters, table and 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Hosts are great. They gave me the wrong keys when I collected them from the office (opposite the Casino) but when I called them they immediately sent a staff member with the right ones. Another plus point - during our stay, one of the terrace shutters unfortunately jammed and broke. I was happy to see they didn't try to apportion blame on us and our 200 euro damage deposit was returned within a couple of days. Would stay again without hesitation. Plug socket behind the bed settee has become detached from the wall and was potentially dangerous if you were to try to use it. Hopefully it's been fixed by now. Also, the electric occasionally overloaded and tripped out if you had too many things on at the same time (heating/AC, cooker and kettle at the same time always seemed to trip it). Easily fixed though by resetting the switch in the fuse box by the front door. They said it wasn't a fault, just that some owners limit the amount of power available at any one time. These are very minor issues which did not affect our enjoyment in any way.

Emplecement géographique. Vue de la terasse. Piscine extérieure. Procédure de récupération des clés (il fallait chercher les clés dans une agence située à une autre adresse). Divan pour la troixième personne n'était pas très comfortable.

Cómodo y limpio

Los colchones muy cómodos, todo bastante limpio . La piscina de invierno muy bien. Falta algún enser de cocina como una espumadera por ejemplo, y algo para limpiar baños o suelo. Tampoco había jabón en el bote de lavarse las manos.

Apartamento con unas vistas estupendas , nuevo pero un sofá cama muy muy incómodo. El sofá es horrible, para abrir y cerrar imposible, además de incómodo.

Disfrutar de Benidorm en invierno

Muy buena urbanización con piscina climatizada, pistas de pádel.....cerca de la playa y paseando a unos 20 minutos del mirador. Excelentes vistas desde la planta 27 Muy soleado y confortable, con calefacción La cama muy buena Muy amables en la agencia Sofá cama pésimo
