Really lovely property, clearly well managed and loved by owners.

Very well equipped, home from home….would love to stay again Only 2 very minor things that didn’t affect our stay but maybe useful feedback- Kettle had been descaled and the product used took 3 days to get rid of taste/smell. Hairdryer was either on a Timerover heating as would stop after a short time- no problem for short hair but would suggest taking your own if you have long hair.
VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2026 年 6 月 4 日)
Dear Lee, thank you so much for your precious comments. We will inform our houskeeping team about the effects of descaling the kettle, to see if they can find another way of doing it. That said, we hope that you had a lovely stay, and would be really happy to have you back. Kind regards.

Excellent apartment in excellent location

Location and well presented Only negative was that there were a group of young men staying in the apartment above who were very noisy

Hi, Nick. We are very happy to hear that you liked the apartment and its location. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the noisy neighbors. Surely next time you will be luckier. It would be a pleasure to see you back. All the best.

Hello Butler! Thanks for taking your time to rate us, we reaally appreciate it. We are glad to know you enjoyed your stay with us. In the advert it didn't mention the building had a breakfast servicepool. If you inquired these for next time we recommend you to look in the adverts for an apartment that includes these. We hope to see you soon!

Comfortable, Relaxing and convenient

The Location was fantastic,it was very central for the old town and the rincón de loix, plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and having a seaview was great. Having parking on the property was a bonus. The WC in the en-suite was squeezed in a bit tight which is nothing compared to the positives

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your kind words and for rating your stay so positively. We’re glad you enjoyed the central location, the cleanliness of the apartment, and the wonderful sea views. We’re also pleased you appreciated the convenience of having parking available on the property. We’re sorry that the en-suite WC felt a bit tight, but we’re happy it didn’t affect your overall experience. Remember that our 24-hour maintenance team would have addressed any issue immediately if you had let us know. We hope to welcome you again in the future!

Great holiday with everything on the doorstep

Location was excellent. Brilliant if you like people watching!! Once the car was parked everything on foot. Aircon was a bonus. Already booked for the same week next year. Handle on shower door was clearly broken before and tried to be repaired but as soon as you touched it to close the door it came off in your hand. Really was the only problem. Was going to mention it when handing the keys in but office was closed. Not really a problem

Hello James! Thank you for your great assessment and comment. About this issue, you should of contacted the reception to send the maintenance team accross. Glad that you had a great time. See you soon!

lovely apartment overlooking the beach & promenade

This apartment is conveniently located right in the middle of levante beach right in the middle of everything you need. There is a lovely restaurant underneath the apartment’s that do a great breakfast, we ate there quite often as the food was delicious. The apartment is a short stroll to the old town and a street away from the main nightlife. The beach and surrounding area is spotlessly clean and the sea is beautiful to have a swim in. only con is there is no pool but with the beach right opposite it’s not a problem. The only downside about this apartment is key collection ! you have to collect them from the office which is a good half hour walk. After a night flight & 40 min transfer this is not what you want to be doing with your luggage in tow. luckily our transfer allowed us to stop off to collect, we also had a early morning flight at 6am and again we had to drop off the keys to the office and check out. it would be a massive advantage to have a key box installed for easy access. This would put me off staying here again in the future as I found it a big inconvenience.

Fabuloso
