Apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to it, has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.

The apartment is cozy and spacious, and has 79 m². It has views to the sea.



It has an elevator, garden, fenced plot, 5 m² terrace, iron, internet access (high-speed Wi-Fi fiber, hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, open-air parking in the same building, 1 Smart TV TV.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Double bed in the main bedroom with bathroom en suite, two single beds in the second bedroom and an extra bed.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, street level, commercial name BenidormBooking. If you do not come with a vehicle, you can check-in at the same establishment by previously completing the online check-in.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Comfortable, Relaxing and convenient

The Location was fantastic,it was very central for the old town and the rincón de loix, plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and having a seaview was great. Having parking on the property was a bonus. The WC in the en-suite was squeezed in a bit tight which is nothing compared to the positives

Great holiday with everything on the doorstep

Location was excellent. Brilliant if you like people watching!! Once the car was parked everything on foot. Aircon was a bonus. Already booked for the same week next year. Handle on shower door was clearly broken before and tried to be repaired but as soon as you touched it to close the door it came off in your hand. Really was the only problem. Was going to mention it when handing the keys in but office was closed. Not really a problem

lovely apartment overlooking the beach & promenade

This apartment is conveniently located right in the middle of levante beach right in the middle of everything you need. There is a lovely restaurant underneath the apartment’s that do a great breakfast, we ate there quite often as the food was delicious. The apartment is a short stroll to the old town and a street away from the main nightlife. The beach and surrounding area is spotlessly clean and the sea is beautiful to have a swim in. only con is there is no pool but with the beach right opposite it’s not a problem. The only downside about this apartment is key collection ! you have to collect them from the office which is a good half hour walk. After a night flight & 40 min transfer this is not what you want to be doing with your luggage in tow. luckily our transfer allowed us to stop off to collect, we also had a early morning flight at 6am and again we had to drop off the keys to the office and check out. it would be a massive advantage to have a key box installed for easy access. This would put me off staying here again in the future as I found it a big inconvenience.

Ubicacion en primera linea de playa, garaje estupendo, entrada por el mismo paseo maritimo, y varias salidas. Muy limpio. Muy cómodo. Leimos en otras reseñas que no tenia ascensor y estabamos en un 4º piso, sin embargo si que hay ascensor en una de las esquinas. Ninguna cosa que reseñar negativa. Puntuación 10. Seguro que repetiremos

Bonito apartamento a dos pasos de la playa

La cercanía a la playa, muchos negocios y restaurantes cerca. El apartamento es amplio, con 2 baños, hay bastantes perchas y cajones para guardar la ropa y las camas son comodas. El A/C funciona bien. Estaría bien tener indicaciones detalladas para llegar al parking porque es una calle peatonal. Hace falta una jabonera o algo para dejar el jabón en la ducha porque es difícil ducharse. La Tv no es smart como pone en la descripción

La casa era magnífica, moderna y con todos los utensilios necesarios para tener una agradable estancia. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Es muy acogedor y confortable, muy cerca de todos los servicios y en primera línea de playa. Muy importante que incluye plaza de garaje gratis. Todo estaba muy ordenado y limpio. Fue una estancia perfecta, no tengo quejas. Volveré.
