The apartment is nicely and modernly furnished, and has 88 m². It has views to the sea.



It has an elevator, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning, covered parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 1 TV.

The induction open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

Excellent stay happy return and I would recommend it.

Very nice and clean apartment with everything that was needed. Excellent location to access beach, shops, bars and restaurants. At night it was very warm, there was air conditioning but only in the main living area. However the weather was 35 degrees which couldn’t be helped.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was lovely. Very clean + had everything that was needed. Good location on the main strip. Great views. One of the window brackets was broken on arrival but was repaired very quickly. The only thing that was missing was a full-length mirror near a plug to use when using a hairdryer.

Brilliant all around apart from the injury to my father.

Spacious, modern - great ! Location was excellent too. The wicker bench on the balcony was broken and when my 73 years old dad sat on it, it collapsed - he is only 12 stone. He has really hurt is back and will be visiting hospital when we get back to see what damage is done. Not good at all !

Great views wrap around balcony very modern spacious apartment 2 lifts that were never busy .

Location was great on 7th floor above Irish bar noise not really a problem once windows closed ,was fiesta week and extremely busy but no issues with noise. Guy at office where we collected keys was really nice. We got off our airport transfer at the office and got a quick taxi along to apt only 5 Euro .Had all our luggage though on leaving left keys in apt as was leaving early morning prior arrangement in office this was really helpful English instructions for tv

Lo hemos pasado muy bien pero...

La terraza es lo que más me ha gustado y la limpieza de la estancia. La distancia a la playa también me ha gustado. No me ha gustado el colchón de la cama de matrimonio, no me ha gustado el ruido continuo de las discotecas 20 horas al día, y no me han gustado las dos enormes cucarachas que han aparecido. El apartamento es pequeño ya para cinco personas y se anuncia para seis,no me imagino a 6 adultos en él, la verdad.

Nos han gustado las vistas al mar y la terraza cerrada acristalada con una mesa grande para comer y unos sillones para estar. La playa está muy cerca y puedes ir al centro andando en 10ቫ minutos. Después de comer ya no da sol en la terraza, el edificio de enfrente es muy alto y tapa el sol. El hotel que está en la calle de la entrada de la casa tiene todo el día la música y se oye hasta en el 7° piso que estábamos porque no hay buen aislamiento.
