Tämä tyylikäs ja hiljattain modernisoitu kattohuoneisto tarjoaa tilavaa majoitusta kaikkialla, hyvin mittasuhteessa ja kevyellä avoin olohuone ja ruokasali kauniisti puisella lattialla ja korkeilla kattoilla. Tarjolla ovat ylelliset nahkasohvat sekä taulu-satelliitti-TV ja DVD-soitin. Avoin suunnitelma, täysin varusteltu keittiö tarjoaa kaikki halutut laitteet, jotta voidaan luoda ikimuistoisia italialaisia ruokia itsepalveluloman aikana, sekä ulkoterassilla, joka tarjoaa ulkona ruokailun perheen BBQ: lla.

Majoitus mahtuu mukavasti jopa 6 vierasta, 2 kahden hengen makuuhuonetta ja suuri kolmas makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Tämä huoneisto tarjoaa vaatekaapit jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa sekä liinavaatteet ja kylpypyyhkeet.

Kiinteistössä on myös kaksi modernia kylpyhuonetta, joista toisessa on ylellinen poreallas kylpytynnyri, joka on ihanteellinen vieraille, jotka haluavat rentoutua!

Tämä huoneisto tarjoaa yksityisen pysäköintipaikan ja sopii erinomaisesti, jos puolueesi mieluummin julkiset liikennevälineet kuin vain 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin keskustasta, jossa säännöllinen bussi- ja lauttayhteys toimii.

We arrived and there was a maintenance person fixing the leak under sink. No dish soap provided for daily dish cleaning. Needs a paint job. No Internet. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom with the shower, they fixed that. Wifi was never fixed. Too many stairs and the hall lighting was not available at the top of the stairs, only at the bottom. Too many un working light switches and in odd places. Diego was very helpful with taxi and early check in.(held our luggage for the afternoon.)

The apartment was very spacious , well-equipped, and check-in was a breeze. A couple minor things people should keep in mind: it’s not ideal for anyone with mobility issues (no elevator and lots of stairs), the jacuzzi clearly hasn’t worked in quite a while, washer w/ no drier (not unusual in Europe but worth noting, and all the lights in the rear bathroom were out (also looked like a longer term issue). All in all, it’s a decent value and Menaggio is a lovely little town.

Spacious and convenient. Beautiful views from the balcony/terrace. Very clean. The only bad things were that some lights were not working in the apartment, blinds were missing on certain windows, some rooms had a bit of a smell, and the parking spot was very small and difficult to get into and out of. But we enjoyed our stay a lot and the area is gorgeous!

Amazing views from this property. As a family of 5 we had tons of space. Was nice to have a dedicated covered parking spot. We had a station wagon but would not have wanted a bigger vehicle as the parking space would not have allowed for much bigger.

Great stay!

I came with a group of friends, all in our 20s, check in was easy and the property was awesome. Super clear and easy instructions about checking in, how to get there, etc. Super quick, easy, and painless. Definitely a quirky old building with interesting layout but it worked well for us, we had a fantastic stay :)

Schöne Lage, miserabler Service

Grundsätzlich geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit guter Küchenausstattung und wunderschönem Blick über den See. Das eine von drei Schafzimmern, einen ungemütlichen Dachverschlag, mussten wir gottseidank nicht nutzen. Der Service vor Ort war leider eine Frechheit. Keine Begrüßung in der Wohnung, man musste den Schlüssel in der Agentur zu Fuß (keine Parkmöglichkeit) abholen bzw. abgeben. Dort blasiertes und unfreundliches Personal, keinerlei Instruktionen oder Tipps. Das Schlimmste: Ein Bad war völlig verschimmelt, aus der Dusche kam das Wasser nur als Rinnsal. Ein Schafzimmer roch muffig. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Zwei entsprechende Beschwerdemails an den Vermieter wurden nicht beantwortet. Unter dem Strich eine unverschämte Touristen-Abzocke.

A nice department with a great view over the lake. The location was great with walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. The appartment was ok but the extra bedroom with the two small beds was in a poor condition.

Como is beautiful

Great location on Lake Como. Less touristy then Bellagio but with just as much character. Short walk to restaurants, shops and boat rentals as well as the ferry. Checkin would’ve been a bit easier at the building site but understand the logistics would be more difficult to coordinate (you’re most likely getting there by car so it wasn’t the easiest place to stop and get the keys). Good supply of towels and place was clean; view off balcony makes us want to come back!

Great location in Menaggio

We loved staying in this apartment in Menaggio. It was a little challenging to find the correct apartment at first because the directions weren't very accurate. It was light and bright and well equipped. They forgot to give us bathroom amenities but fixed the problem as soon as they knew about it. There are a lot of stairs which we knew going in and was fine for us. Just a warning if that could be a problem for someone wanting to rent the apartment. So great having a parking spot! Such an easy walk to and from town!!!! We even enjoyed a couple fresh figs from an outside tree. We would stay here again.

Fantastic View with short walk downhill to center of city/ferries

The apartment was spectacular, especially the view from the terrace! Although no AC the fans greatly helped and were in each room. There are 75 steps to the apartment after walking up a hill from the city center (10 minutes each way). This is not difficult but should be mentioned. Not fun to bring luggage up though. It was much appreciated to have the croissants were very nice and the prosecco was fantastic! It would have been great to have bottled water. Also there were no paper towels of even a sponge to wash dishes with. Complaints were Management Office issues: -Procuring Keys, the directions from the Ferry were 'upside down' on map when one reads a map as North is up (right turn) and south is down (left turn) -directions to property had no street number listed (had to look at photographs. -Key to gate was not at the Gate but on the road leading into property (this should have been mentioned). -The actual Key to apartment was not the one told to me for the front door, thank goodness the proper key was on the key chain! -The actual front door was not the one of three doors that was on the right (marked on photograph), but on the left.(minor of course, but after all the other issues, this was another irritation) -wifi was not activated even though I asked for wifi info at check-in. I had to wait until the next day and walk down to office where it was flippantly mentioned they would "reup" the wifi. Why wasn't it done when I checked in for the week? This was extremely inconvenient as i had family coming and could not contact them unless I was at a restaurant.

Des améliorations à apporter au logement

matelas "fatigués" très inconfortables surtout les deux lits doubles ; volet et store d'un velux de chambre cassés (hyper chaud, encore plus difficile de dormir) ; absence de parasols (il y avait les pieds !) ; plusieurs prises de courant ne fonctionnaient pas ; pas de rideau et/ou volet à la baie vitrée de la pièce principale = chaleur excessive ; les clés des salles de bains dysfonctionnent (éviter de les fermer au risque d'y rester bloqué). La température dans l'appartement n'est pas descendue en dessous de 30°, heureusement qu'il y avait plusieurs ventilateurs. Sinon appartement agréable, en particulier la pièce principale. Parking couvert appréciable (véhicule au frais) mais très difficile de s'y garer (poteaux imposants très mal situés). Cage d'escalier très propre. Accueil à l'Agence Parfait. Nous reviendrons volontiers dans cette très belle région

From 20th June to 24th June we stayed four nights in your property Bella Mennagio Panoramica , Property 169 ,under booking reference 26448. Can I say a big thank you to all your staff at the office in Mennagio. From the moment we walked in the office and each time we visited they were all very pleasant and very, very helpful. Equally any enquiry I made pre arrival was again answered promptly. The property itself was very good. Its location was spot on, it was clean, tidy and the furnishings etc were excellent. Without hesitation I will be recommending your company to my family and friends.

We are very happy to provide some feedback on our stay but would prefer any comments added to the website are done in an anonymous manner. If you have any questions of the points mentioned below – please let me know. • Communication whilst selecting a property and following our booking was excellent – we were given clear instructions regarding the pick-up of keys and tips for our stay. • Members of staff in the office were friendly and welcoming and the lift to the property was very much appreciated. • The property itself is excellent and much larger than it appears in the photos. We really enjoyed using the terrace and dining areas and found the apartment to be well equipped. • The location of the property is great – only a short stroll into town. However, it can be hard to find from the road if travelling by hire car or taxi and, as such, some sort of signage on the external gate could be useful. • When we arrived at the property the terrace was dirty following bad weather, however, this was quickly resolved by the cleaning team within an hour of arrival. Many thanks.

My family and I have enjoyed a great holiday this August in Menaggio! Our holiday apartment had some truly great lake views and the balcony was just fab for alfresco dining! We all felt really comfortable in the apartment because it was just so spacious and modern. Its location was also very convenient for us, being just a 2 minute stroll from Menaggio town centre. There was great variety of supermarkets, delicatessnes, shops and restaurants to enjoy in the town and its pretty lakefront led to a great outdoor Lido and also to a ferry port. The town was a great place for a self-catering stay and we were just so close to the attractions and activities! There was tennis, watersports, kayaking, swimming, golf and hiking to enjoy..and that's just for starters! Truly a beautiful and fun family holiday!
