Ce bel appartement vĂ©ritablement fluvial est situĂ© dans l'un des bĂątiments les plus anciens et les plus prestigieux de Menaggio, le Grand HĂŽtel. L'appartement a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© l'annĂ©e derniĂšre avec des finitions de haute qualitĂ©, comme le parquet, la cuisine moderne, la salle de bain avec le stuc vĂ©nitien et une grande douche avec la mosaĂŻque "Bisazza". Il est situĂ© dans une position trĂšs pratique oĂč tout peut ĂȘtre atteint Ă  distance de marche: magasins, supermarchĂ©s, restaurants, cafĂ©s, plage publique avec piscine, promenade lacustre, ferry, gare routiĂšre et de nombreuses autres installations. Le deuxiĂšme plus ancien club de golf en Italie (1906) est situĂ© Ă  Menaggio, Ă  seulement cinq minutes en voiture de l'appartement. L'appartement est trĂšs calme et relaxant et son balcon offre une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes et c'est l'un des meilleurs endroits pour profiter de la beautĂ© et de la tranquillitĂ© du lac de CĂŽme. Fabulous apartment in Menaggio

This was our second visit to Lake Como and we had no hesitation in making this apartment our first choice. It is beautifully appointed, with amazing Lake views across to Varenna/Bellagio. The apartment is spacious with all you need during your stay. The hosting was excellent as always and it makes your stay go so smoothly.

Beautiful apartment in Menaggio

Picture perfect position and stunning view of Lake Como. We spent many hours sitting outside on the balcony sipping wine and nibbles. Perfect position to visit other towns around the lake. Menaggio has a lot less crowds which made our stay very relaxing.

Absolutely Magical place in Menaggio

We truly loved this place. The apartment was in the best location with an incredible view of the lake. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. This is a great place to stay and enjoy Lake Como!

Fabulous Lake Como. Beautiful View

Great Location and very clean property. My wife and I with teenage daughter stayed there and it was perfect for us. Its location right next to town was ideal and has a grocery store within 2 minutes walk. Small balcony with a fabulous view. No complaints. We would stay here again.

Spectacular Accomodations

This magnificent apartment is right on the water and literally less than two minutes walk from water buses to Verenna (worth going), Bellagio ( very busy - must have been nice years ago) and Lenno (for THE Villa). The town is charming and the host is even more charming. Good restaurants. Make this your stop on Lake Como and you won’t be disappointed !

Lovely week in Menaggio

This is a beautiful apartment which is exactly as it appears in promo. The location was perfect - right beside the ferry terminal and a very short walk to the main piazza. Susie and Deborah were wonderful to deal with and gave us all of the information we needed to have a great week. It was spotlessly clean and their recommendations for restaurants sights were spot on.

Lake Como Gem in Mennagio

We were thrilled with this property! I gave accuracy of listing a 4, as the property was nicer than what the pictures showed. The view couldn't have been better. The apartment was comfortable and felt like home, plus the towels, sheets and bed were quality. Town was an easy walk. Kitchen had the basics, and the grocery was literally next door. It was so easy dealing with the owner, her mom even met us at the ferry to walk us to the apartment and show us around!

Beautiful view with all the trimmings

From the moment my husband and I arrived, we enjoyed all of our stay at this lovely apartment. Conveniently located near the ferry service, bus stop, and shopping plaza, we could easily get to wherever we wanted to go. Our host, Deborah, provided thoughtful extras in outfitting the apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. Her colleague, Susy, greeted us warmly and was available to readily answer our questions during the stay. Would love to return!

Great location! Wonderful balcony overlooking the lake and the ferry boat terminal. Got to see the all the action coming and going. Very fun! Grocery store a few steps away; Grand Hotel Menaggio on same premises. We were pleasantly surprised that it was even better than pictured! Three of us sisters enjoyed the light, modern apartment. Deborah and Suzy great to deal with! A find!

Absolutely wonderful

The location of this apartment in Menaggio could not be better. The Ferry dock, grocery store and the main square all just steps away. The views from the balcony are incredible. The hosts were very helpful, responsive and caring. They have set up a Home away from Home for guests and it is clear they wish to offer a great experience. They have succeeded! Not only do we recommend, we hope to return one day â€ïžđŸ‡źđŸ‡č. Susy, it was such a pleasure to meet you. All the best!

Perfect spot in Menaggio

We loved our two weeks at this great apartment in Menaggio. Very clean and spacious and with an unbelievable view of the lake. Communication with Deborah and check in with her mother Susy was very efficient and friendly. The location is great , just a couple minutes into town and right next to the ferry dock for frequent boats to Bellagio and Varenna. We prefer Menaggio though because of how easy it is to walk around without any stairs. Had some good meals at La Grolla, dal Tato and Pizzeria Lugano. Bar Pesin was our go to for evening cocktails. Or make your own and sit in the garden and look out over Lake Como. Definitely highly recommend this apartment Thanks Susy Tom & Nancy San Diego

Perfect!

We loved this apartment! Susy and Deborah were so responsive and helpful. Susy met us at the ferry station (in the rain!) to walk us to the apartment and give us an overview of everything. This was very helpful. She was so sweet, and we even met her for coffee one morning in town! She was available by phone if we ever had questions. The apartment was perfectly clean and could not have been a better location, especially since we had large/heavy luggage. It is only a minute walk from the ferry, and so convenient. Thank you for a great stay!!

L’appartement est trĂšs bien placĂ©, au calme avec une vue formidable. TrĂšs bien equipĂ©: rien ne manque. Je conseille de prendre le garage car la circulation est dense Ă  Menaggio. Le mieux est de ne pas toucher la voiture et tout faire en bateau! Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.
