We spent a wonderful week in Menaggio. The location and views were fantastic, and the town had every convenience we needed. The accommodation was perfect, comfortable, and well equipped. Enjoying a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the lake towards Varenna was glorious. We would happily recommend it to friends.

Spacious property, fabulous views across the lake. The steep up hill with luggage means you need to be reasonably fit to stay here.Joining instructions and check in very simple and friendly. The welcome pack was a lovely touch.Property generally in good state of repair. Internal doors could do with a soft close mechanism!Access to the ferry is very convenient and the walk along the promenade is not to be missed.

Property really has spectacular views and it is comfortable. Location good as well with good paths to town and ferry. It can really use some TLC - maybe painting the wonderful terrace. Smell of gas and one bathroom flooded. I guess that may be why price is so reasonable for such views and location (at least in March). Overall great stay.

The lake view house was great! Amazing views. Very well connected to surrounding areas. We had a fantastic time exploring! Great host and very responsive. Check in and check out was easy as long as you follow the directions they send to you. Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious and a stunning view!

I would stay here again! We stayed for two nights and I wished it were longer! The apartment had a stunning view of Lake Como and was very close to the central part of the town. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment laid out well and with all amenities needed. Would, absolutely, book this specific property again. In fact, my wife would like to own it!

Lovely home. Very nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Comfortable beds. Fabulous view. Walk up from town is a little tough but we’d stay again.

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful and well appointed. The location could not be more beautiful. It was easy to get around the town. The staff was very responsive when the electricity went out one night due to a storm.

Beautiful villa in Menaggio

The villa was large and comfortable with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The villa was walking distance to the ferries and the town. The assigned parking spot was impossible to fit the car into.

Unforgettable

Mennagio is incredible and this property was beautiful. I could not get enough of the view off the balcony. The house had everything we needed for a family of 5 to be comfortable. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

Spectacular!!

What an incredible property! This rental was better than expected- especially the view! Check in was smooth- the Lake Como staff was pleasant and accommodating. They answered many questions for us about things to do in the local area. We loved being able to walk to town and there was a nice little market to buy groceries to cook at home. We had many meals on the deck while we enjoyed the view. We also loved being so close to the ferry. We were able to have dinner in Bellagio one evening and catch the last ferry back. We had a wonderful stay!

Thanks for a wonderful Bella Menaggio Terrazzo, we had a great time. The space and terrace and view were fantastic. Picking up and dropping the keys was very easy. The information you gave was very helpful. The only issue was fans, which were given when we asked. We will definitely be back again.

Even More Spectacular

The property was perfect for me and my 2 girlfriends. We each had our own room. The back is more suitable for kids and therefore, we used the pullout sofa in the front. This place could also be great for 2 families with kids. A little confusing of getting to and in the property. However, once figuring that out, it was easy. Close to town and easy to walk around, especially once you see path to cross street. Definitely need to be careful crossing the road. Loved it and would stay here again!

The location its self was excellent. The view was spectacular and the rooms and accommodations were comfortable. My only complaint and warning is getting to and from the location itself as is difficult to get to if you are traveling with luggage, children, elderly or injured. I had thought 8 mins from the ferry terminal was not bad but I did not realize it was basically a hike up the mountain with luggage and the whole family. There are portions of this walk that do not have proper lighting or sidewalk as well with flights of stairs and the apt is located on a narrow two way street where you have to cross at this very sharp turn so it is a bit nerve racking. My suggestion would be have the key in a key box on the property instead of requiring guest to check in person at the office back in town... We had to walk back down in the pouring rain to get the keys.So make sure you read the instructions!

In fact, it is described as being located on a hill, just 4 minutes down (and 6 minutes up) from the town centre, with mention of the slope. Beautiful view, but not inside

The view was amazing. The place it’s self was, O. K. I would not go back to same property as it wasn’t very clean and I ended up spending a day cleaning and making beds. Zero starters as well. Even a roll of paper towels would have been nice. Just not a good experience there for us. Make sure you get full instructions on washer and dryer, and lights in the house.

The location of the property and the views from the apartment terrace was spectacular. Unfortunately it felt that was apartment was not well maintained. The layout was great but it had electrical issues. None of the appliances worked. The morning that we left, I woke up to the smell of burnt cable. We quickly packed up and left because of the strong toxic smell. If it wasn’t for the electrical issues, I would say it’s worth staying there but it’s not.
