Pleasant atypical apartment with balcony and private parking. Careful welcome: welcome cocktail offered on board a boat.

Well oriented and sheltered, you can have lunch and dinner on the balcony whatever the weather: sunny, windy or rainy (garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, work surface). Atypical in its configuration, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Sleeping accommodation on the mezzanine level, with a bedroom on the second floor (140cm bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe) and a corner cabin on the first level (2 bunk beds or sofa bed with luxury bedding).Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Living room with flat-screen TV, equipped with kitchenette opening onto balcony(fridge with freezer compartment, 2 electric hobs, mini oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, electric barbecue, washing machine....Photos on request. Close to all amenities: village center, local market, beach, thalassotherapy, horse riding.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Une très belle expérience !

Très bonne expérience. L'appartement est bien situé, non loin du village et des plages Est mais au calme. Il est suffisamment équipé pour 4 personnes. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et très sympathiques. De plus, ils ont le souci de l'accueil, notamment avec une bonne bouteille à l'arrivée. Merci pour tout !

Preis-Leitungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Wir waren enttäuscht von der Wohnung, die kleiner und enger war als dargestellt sowie auch nicht so sauber (da man selber putzen muss, was wir erst kurzfristig erfuhren). Die Lage war jedoch gut (ruhig und doch zentral) sowie die Besitzer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo appartamento, fuori dalla confusione ma strategico per raggiungere tutto: cinque minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro e le spiagge., due minuti dal supermercato. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e gentili, la descrizione corrisponde alla realtà.

Wunderschönes Saintes-marie-de-la-mer

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung mit Balkon. Alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht: Bett, versch. Küchengeräte - Waschmaschine - Balkon - Ventilator war in der Wohnung vorhanden. In wenigen Minuten war man zufuss im Zentrum oder am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es genug. Und das Vermieterehepaar war sehr freundlich und nett. Gerne werden wir nocheinmal dorthin verreisen.

Appartement soigné et fonctionnel. Propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques.

L’appartement dispose de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il est propre et bien entretenu. Il est situé à 3 min à pied d’un magasin, idéal pour faire les courses. Et en moins de 10 min vous êtes les pieds dans l’eau. Niveau bruit c’était calme pendant notre semaine. Autre point positif de cet appartement est qu’il dispose de 4 vrais lits... pas besoin de déplier un canapé lit chaque soir et surtout bien plus agréable pour dormir. Les propriétaires sont vraiment accueillants et prévenants. L’apéritif passé sur leur voilier fut un très bon moment de partage. De bons conseils sur les choses à faire et les lieux à visiter nous ont été prodigués pendant cet apéritif. En bref, nous avons passé un agréable séjour aux Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer...

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Wohnung war sauber und ruhig, das Vermieterpaar sehr nett. Wir wurden sogar zu einem Apéro auf Ihrem Boot eingeladen. Auch der Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war immer etwas los. Auch zum ausreiten hatte es genügend Angebote. Alles an sich, tolle Ferien. Danke

Expérience parfaite

Agréable appartement à deux pas du centre ville des Saintes Maries, à 5 minutes de la plage. Je recommande cette location dont les sympathiques propriétaires vous accueille le soir de votre arrivée pour un apéritif sur leur voilier, ce qui fait commencer le séjour d'une manière agréable dans cette ville magnifique.
