Upham View is a lovely cottage situated near the village of Woodbury, Devon. Hosting two bedrooms; a 4'6 double, and a twin (zip/link), each with an en-suite shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside is off-road parking for one car, a lawned garden with enclosed patio area and furniture, along with a barbecue. In a pleasant setting with surrounding countryside, Upham View is a wonderful cottage in an excellent part of England.
Amenities: LPG Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 3 TV's with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
