Features include large kitchen with standard appliances, washer/dryer, open living and dining area with high ceilings, side screened porch, back screened porch for bike and beach chair storage. Bike usage for 4 included. Large fenced backyard with access to additional rear parking. Quiet neighborhood with bike paths. Two rooms have queen beds and one room has twin beds.

This is a great house. There are a number of beach chairs, several bikes and coolers, and all kinds of other things to be used at the beach. We were able to drive to a public beach access in about 3 minutes. The house is clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this house!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location. It's close to beach and the village. The house is spacious, clean, and well kept. Each of the three bedrooms have their own bath. The owners are very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Even though we only needed two of the bedrooms, it has 3 very nice rooms with a bathroom in each. Coming over the bridge onto St Simons Island is like passing through a country gate into a beautiful hidden garden. This gem of an island is full of friendly people, quaint shops, an appreciation for art, excellent food, and fun for the entire family. You'll feel the relaxed island vibe as soon as you cross over. We bought this property in 1997 and have just recently decided to make it available for rent.

What makes this property unique

We love the location of our home primarily because of its great location and quiet surroundings. There are two parks nearby and more located in the village.
