Surrounded by green but not isolated, it has a splendid view of Capalbio and the suggestive Maremma countryside surrounded by olive and cypress trees. The large garden of 3000 square meters, with a kitchen garden and fruit trees and a collection of roses and bushes and hedges of Mediterranean vegetation, and paved terraces and an outdoor shower.
