Cottage with large garden on the beach

Wooden cottage in its interior in Finnish style. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The house has a kitchen-dining room with a sofa, a bathroom, a small interior patio for clothes and a large private garden with small sea views, which is perfect for couples looking for rest, for surfers and windsurfers with its tables and equipment, as well as for families with children who want to enjoy ample play space. The garden is equipped with a barbecue to grill outdoors.
The house is located in an exclusive residential area and just halfway between the north and south of the island, which allows you to enjoy a mild climate all year round with an average of 21 degrees. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, is only 15 minutes away and the airport less than 10. Near the house there are several shopping and entertainment centers where you can make your purchases.
Five minutes walking from the house there are two black sand beaches. Playa del Hombre, often frequented by surfers of different nationalities and levels that invite visitors to contemplate the beautiful spectacle. Right next to this beach is another smaller one, Hoya del Pozo, equipped with shaded spaces, bathrooms and ideal for a quiet swim and relax in the sand.
A long avenue follows the coastal road, which is ideal for a walk at any time of the day and sit and contemplate the horizon in one of its banks.
For hiking enthusiasts, within a half hour drive you can visit the Caldera de Bandama (large volcanic caldera), the Barranco de los Cernícalos and many other possible footpaths.
The owner of the house, lover of photography, defender of the natural values of the island and surf teacher, will provide information on the activities they wish to perform. If you are a surfer or want to learn, ask us since we have tables and materials for your practice.
