Cette nouvelle marque Condo 10e étage à Pearl Tower Mazatlán offre une vue imprenable face à l'océan de l'une des plus belles plages tranquilles dans la zone de la salle à manger et la chambre principale, plus une vue sur la montagne et la ville à partir des deuxième et troisième chambres. Asseyez-vous sur le balcon surdimensionné donnant sur la piscine et l'océan, faire une promenade sur la plage, au bord de la piscine, un massage, asseyez-vous dans le sauna ou vous entraîner dans la salle de gym entièrement équipée. 24 heures de sécurité inclus. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à distance de marche. Ce condo est situé très proche du centre commercial, cinéma, club de Walmart et Sam. Pas besoin d'une voiture, il y a beaucoup de taxis dans la région.

Lovely condo with a spectacular view

This was our first visit to Mazatlan and everything, including this lovely condo, beautiful beach, and spectacular view, surpassed our expectations. The building appears well-built, the pool is large and heated, the staff was friendly and helpful, and busses and taxis were plentiful. Altogether a wonderful trip.

Property description is understated. It is fabulous!

Owners were consistently communicative with any (minor) concerns. Of over 2 dozen properties I have rented, this ties for the absolute best. We love the location, the terrace is magnificent and the furniture/appointments are top class. Linens and towels are a fine quality. The red kitchen accents are charming.The building manager is always there and very responsive. My family of 5 were extremely comfortable and will come again. The downside was motivating my family to leave the condo!

Beautiful Mazatlan

The condo is on a beautiful beach with stunning sunsets. I used to live in the development just down the beach, which is why I picked Pearl Tower. While the listing states “Brand New 10th Floor Condo” we must have missed it by a couple of years. Certainly “lived in”.We had the entire unit’s water shut off without warning. After calling Gil, he had a plumber come the following morning only to find out there was a leak in the shower in one of the bedrooms. Overall, very happy with the condo & would highly recommend it. Parking, pool and property staff were great!

quiet relaxing ocean front holiday

The condo lay out was great for 6 people, each bedroom having their own bathroom was very nice. the view is spectacular, pool and hot tub great. Appliances could use an upgrade.

Another perfect stay !

We have stayed at this property on multiple occasions going back several years. (See previous reviews). The accommodations are top notch - and the condo was recently painted. The on-site property manager is incredibly responsive and assisted with a seamless check-in. The location is perfect for walking the beach and accessing great restaurants in Cerritos. Having separate suites for 3 couples gives you plenty of privacy and room to spread out. Sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous. The elevator was not fully in service for much of our stay, but we worked out a system that mitigated the inconvenience. The property owner credited us for a portion of the stay for the inconvenience - which was unexpected but much appreciated. If you have kids and are looking for lots of activity and nightlife you won’t find it here on-site. If you are looking for a relaxing stay with top notch facilities and comfortable accommodations - this is the place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! We are already planning our return in 2022.

Nice change from Golden Zone

Great new condo with an incredible ocean view. Very nice pool, right on the beach. And quiet in the evenings in contrast to Golden Zone And Gaviotas where we've stayed many times. Would love to come back.

Fabulous Ocean Front Retreat

This is our second time staying in this particular unit at Pearl Tower. You won’t find a better value in all of Mazatlan. We spent two weeks and everything about our stay was great from start to finish. The property itself is exceptional. You can’t beat the ocean front location, away from the hustle and bustle you would expect in a resort area. There is plenty of space within the unit to allow gathering as a group, or provide some privacy. The unit has all the basics you need, and is well equipped with linens, towels, household items, condiments etc. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the interior temperature control (air conditioning !) made for comfort all day and night. The outdoor patio provides an incredible location to enjoy the nightly sunset. We had one issue with a television not working properly that was immediately addressed to our satisfaction. All of the on-site security and maintenance people are responsive and friendly. The owner is incredibly responsive and let us know in advance about an issue with one of the elevators, offering a reduction in our nightly rate to compensate for the minor inconvenience. You can’t go wrong with this unit. We are already looking forward to our return next December !

What an amazing condo!

The condo is immaculate and has the best outdoor furniture setup compared to any of the units there. Plenty of tvs for entertainment and the beach/ pool combo is a must have luxury.

We will be back

We spent 3 weeks in beautiful Mazatlan. The condo was awesome. Only thing I would says is that because we like to cook there could have been a few more things in the kitchen. Extra baking pans, larger shredder, lime squeezer and more extra food storage containers for food. Condo was,very nice the rooms all have their own bathroom, lots of space on the deck to gather. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Gil was always there when we needed help or had a question. The pool is heated!! THAT made it very enjoyable. Beautiful long uncrowded beach to yourself. We highly recommend it. Back to the Snow!! Cheri & Ernie

another great stay

This was our second stay at this Condo and it went great as usual. Gil was helpful as always, checking in on us to make sure everything was going perfectly. We've been spending a week in Mazatlán Fishing and just enjoying the city every year since the 90's and have stayed a lot of places, Penthouses included and this place rates right up there with the best. Nuevo Mazatlán is steadily becoming the best place to stay in Mazatlán, quiet, great beaches and still close enough to the Golden Zone, Downtown and all the nightlife. Can't wait till next year!

Paradise on the Beach

This property is paradise on the beach. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not so remote that you don’t have access to everything you need as far as shopping, restaurants, and cheap transportation. The beach is uncrowded, highly walkable, clean, and safe. The property has excellent friendly and professional site security and is immaculately maintained. The unit itself was perfect for three couples. The master bedroom overlooks the beach and has a nice balcony that extends across the entire unit. The second bedroom has a small balcony (not ocean front), but very comfortable. The third bedroom was more spartan (two twin beds) and could use some additional hooks for hanging clothing/towels/swimsuits. No TV in the 3rd bedroom, which was not a big deal for us. Each bedroom has a (nice) private bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is high quality. The kitchen is well equipped - although we never ate dinner in, as there are too many outstanding restaurants in Mazatlan! This unit has upscale fixtures and furnishings and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The washer and dryer worked well, and all appliances were high quality. The only thing missing were a couple of beach chairs for the sandy beach out front. Between the ocean breeze and interior cooling units, the inside temperature was ideal. The balcony has room for 6 to congregate comfortably, which we enjoyed doing most mornings over coffee and evenings over cocktails. No need for a rental car as the public (green) bus regularly traverses the street at the entry to the property. Transportation is incredibly convenient and cheap (also safe and reasonably clean). The property has wonderful connected infinity pools - one shallow area and another adequate for short lap swimming.The gym is large and well equipped. No competition for pool lounge chairs, and quiet poolside relaxation. Dealing with the owner and on site staff was a breeze. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues when we first arrived that were immediately addressed. The general vibe is older (50s plus) retired folks; not many kids which was nice. It was a great place to relax, recharge and reinvigorate for our group. Highly recommended if you are looking for a high quality property with first class facilities. You won’t find a better 3 bedroom unit on the ocean front in Mazatlan, especially when considering the cost. We will definitely be back for an extended stay !

Everything was better than expected

This place was perfect, Hit all the marks! Very well equipped Kitchen The owners were easy to work with and Gil, the property manager, went out of his way to make sure there were no issues. Their recommendation for Orlando (the most dependable Cabbie in Mazatlan) proved invaluable. He was always waiting and ready when we were out early for Fishing and ran us to the Airport at the end of our trip. This place is in Nuevo Mazatlan very quiet and peaceful. the only problem was you couldn't get a cab easily out at the street. But Orlando could get there quickly and we ran into Javier, a young Pulmonia driver who grew up in the states that could handle any late night runs. Once these two were in my phone there were no worries. I'm already looking forward to next year, if it's available.

Absolutely a 5 star property in every way including the pristine beach for taking long walks. 10 minutes north of the golden zone is enough to give you the privacy and serenity for rejuvenating mind body and soul. We fell in love with Cerritos Beach and this property. ❤

Couldn't have been better for us*

Couldn't have been better for us*. This condo has a great floor plan and is new, bright and spacious. It has a well equipped kitchen and its own laundry room. Perfect for a quiet vacation right on the beach. City, countryside, ocean, beach and sunset views are all outstanding! The infinity pool is actually heated; a rarity. Its location, next door to the Mayan Palace, is out of the noise and dirt of the city. It's about 15 minutes from the Golden Zone by car. Bus is convenient too. Very easy check-in and check-out. Owners and management are great to deal with. A very good taco stand was across the street during our time there and there are 2 modern convenience stores within a short walk. This is a well maintained, gated property. *The day we left a new neighbor moved in. They were smokers. If this building is not a non-smoking property (we didn't verify) it could have been a deal breaker for us as this is a small property and spending time pool side or on your beautiful large deck, in the fresh air, is a priority.

It is away from the densely populated areas, with the peace and quiet you get from being in New Mazatlan, yet only a short drive to those areas when you want a slice of real Mexican culture and fun.
