Rental agreement must be signed and submitted and agree to party/event rule deposit $2500. All guests must sign a release of liability/NO VISITORS!
Guest with pets must walk their pets to relieve themselves and must not allow pets to urinate or defecate on the grass! ($250 Per Pet Fee)
