We’ve stayed in Pollensa many times but this really is a superb location and lovely property. Suited our needs perfectly. The 1 min walk to the beach, shaded terrace and access to the pool really made our holiday. Can highly recommend staying here.

Great property. Just what we needed. No problems with the accommodation. Easy parking, very close to the beach and a nice stroll along the seafront into town. We all had a great stay.

Communication with EasyVillas have been excellent

The apartment was exactly as described. Very close (70m) from the beachfront and ideal for families! The communal pool was lovely to cool off and Port de Pollença overall is an ideal location for families loving beach life.

Family friendly

Lovely property with outside space and easy access to the pool, beach and local restaurants. Ideal for families with a sandy beach around 200m away. The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was that we found some broken glass in a corner of the main room which the cleaners must have missed. It would also have been good to have some kind of mosquito protection as there were a lot around and we ended up having to spend a lot of money buying plug ins for every room.

Dear Christina: Thanks very much for your comments, unfortunaly mosquitoes are not under our control, this is a problem in Mallorca in summer, but we hope you had a lovely stay despite mosquitoes. Kind regards from Sealand Villas

Perfect spot for a family holiday!

Absolutely super apartment in a great location. Three minutes walk to the beach. Close enough to the centre when you want to be, far enough away to have a peaceful evening on the terrace. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Can’t fault this place, everything was perfect.

Location Quietness The deckSpaciousness Bright The key lockbox was open when we arrived. Accordingly, for security reasons we couldn’t use it during our stay. Rooms were not sufficiently aired out. Some of the bedrooms were slightly damp.
