Villa de 3 habitaciones en Complejo con piscinas y wifi

Villa situada dentro del Complejo El Sultan, que cuenta con 4 piscinas, dos de ellas infantiles. Está situada en Corralejo, a 10 minutos caminando del centro del pueblo así como de las grandes playas.

La villa dispone de zona de estar con sofa, mesa de comedor, Smart TV, Wifi de fibra etc. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia. Dispone de 3 habitaciones asi como 2 baños completos. La casa cuenta también con cuatro terrazas completamente privadas con mesas y sillas ademas de tumbonas.

Tanto las toallas de baño como la ropa de cama están incluidas.

El complejo se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie de las grandes playas y del puerto deportivo, de donde parten los ferrys a Lanzarote. El aeropuerto de Fuerteventura está a 30 minutos en coche.

La villa es bastante espaciosa y bien cuidada. Está situada muy cerca de todo y se respira mucha tranquilidad. Gracias a José por la amabilidad y la atención en todo momento Repetiremos seguro!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jose's villa, it is well equipped and spacious. The bedrooms are all a very hood size and have fitted wardrobes. The outside areas are well furnished and the pool area is quiet and has plenty of space. The complex is well tended and very pleasant. Overall a great stay in comfortable surroundings.

Wir waren im August 2025 als Familie für drei Wochen in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet und bietet mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ausreichend Platz für sechs Personen.Im Vorfeld gab es ausführliche Informationen per e-Mail zur Anreise und dem Check-In. Die Kommunikation mit Jose war jederzeit sehr unkompliziert und Jose hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Auch als der Toaster kaputt war, hatten wir innerhalb von einer halben Stunde nach Meldung schon Ersatz.Leider ist zur Zeit auf der anderen Straßenseite eine Mega-Baustelle. Ab spätestens 7:30 Uhr ging der Baulärm los und begleitete einen den ganzen Tag. Außerdem wehte der Wind permanent den Staub der Baustelle herüber. Dieser setzte sich nicht nur draußen auf den Terassen überall ab sondern auch im Haus auf allen Gegenständen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Ein kleines Einkaufszentrum ist ca. 8 Minuten Fussweg entfernt und auch das Meer sowie die Einkaufsstraße sind in ca 25 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

The property itself was lovely and the complex too. We’ve stayed at the complex many times and it’s always been great, and well situated to town. However, this time for 2 out of 21/2 weeks the pool was unusable and dark green. Not much help in a red alert heat wave so that was a little disappointing for our trip. Property was great and comfortable, would have been nice to have bathroom bins tho, but overall a lovely break away despite having no pool

Would highly recommend

We loved our stay in this Villa. It was bigger than expected and in a good location. We had a hire car, but there is also a taxi rank close by if you don't want to walk to the strip or Music Square (3-4 Euros). The complex is lovely, and very well-maintained and the residents are very friendly. Jose is a great host and responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely stay in this villa again.

Großartiger Urlaub!

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern 11 tolle Tage in diesem schönen Reihenhaus in der Appartmentanlage El Sultan verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern. Es gehören zu dem Haus vier kleine Terrassen, von denen wir insbesondere die hintere im EG genutzt haben (sonnig, windgeschützt). Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage waren sauber und gepflegt und unsere Kinder haben den großen Pool und den Kleinkinderpool, die sich in direkter Nähe befinden, gerne genutzt. In Fußdistanz erreicht man einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine große Einkaufsstraße und kleine Strände. Da wir ein Auto zur Verfügung hatten, sind wir meistens zu den größeren Supermärkten (5-10 min. Autofahrt) und an unseren Lieblingsstrand, die weitläufigen Grandes Playas de Corralejo (5-10 min. Autofahrt) gefahren. Besonders empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug in die Bucht von Ajuy an der Westküste mit ihrem schwarzen Sand, einem beeindruckenden Wellengang und einem schönen Klippenwanderweg zu den Höhlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem House Manager José verlief perfekt und der defekte Herd wurde innerhalb von nur einer Stunde repariert. Top! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Küche ist zum Kochen nicht ausreichend sondern nur mit dem allernötigsten ausgestattet. Wir konnten uns jedoch behelfen. Wir haben José über die fehlenden Küchenutensilien informiert, so dass hier hoffentlich eine Verbesserung stattfinden wird. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Leider hatten wir die Unterkunft Vorort nicht in Empfang nehmen können, da unsere Buchung gemäss Vermieter storniert wurde. Bei der App von Eboockers war die Buchung bestätigt und ich erhielt zwei Tage vor der Reise eine Bestätigung via Mail. Wir wären am Abend in Fuerteventura ohne Unterkunft und mit vier Kinder im Auto. Das war nicht angenehm den Kindern zu sagen das wir diese Nacht keine Unterkunft haben. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht mit der Eboockers und mit dieser Unterkunft in Fuerteventura, das die keine Lösung hatten für uns und wir mit vier Kindern ohne Unterkunft da stehen. Jeder schiebt dem anderen die schuld aber Lösungen keine. Für mich ist der Fall klar und ich werde Eboockers vermeiden in der Zukunft - lieber bezahle ich mehr.

Great communications and instructions. Great location near supermarkets and bars. Beach 10 mins walk. Main town about 15 mins walk. So did not need a car. Nice comfy villa and quiet at night so slept well. Good internet so kids happy. All in all would recommend for family stay to others.

El Sultan Stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Just a couple of items I'd like to mention - The kitchen area is tiny and doesn't encourage home cooking. We met a few cockroaches downstairs some mornings but we know this is a fact of life in a hot dry climate. Otherwise any problems were dealt with immediately by the management.

Very nice house to stay at in Corralejo

I stayed in this house for few weeks partly with my mum and sister partly with a friend and partly alone. So I can confirm it is suitable for various uses. The property is very nice, clean with spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terraces are big with a nice view. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have various cafes, restaurants as well as shops just across the street or few minutes of walking distance. The dunes as well as the sea are nearby. I would definitely recommend a stay here to a friend. And last but not least Jose is a very nice host. Always happy to help and easy and nice to talk to.

A good choice for holiday stay

A neat well kept good size villa, Clean and well equipped. Book for two couples. (only thing we could have used where some more hanger in the very large wardrobes) Close to supermarkets and shops A 15min walk into town centre or a 3 euro taxi ride A 5min drive to the sand dune beaches No late night noise. We did not use the pool during our stay but it look well maintained and was regularly cleaned We would be happy to recommend to our friends and would book again in the future. Thank you to Jose

Wonderful villa in great location

My husband and I and 3 friends stayed at Jose's villa for 1 week at the end of September. Communication with Jose was excellent and he always responded back quickly. The check in process was very simple and we were even able to check in early which we were very grateful for as we had an early flight into Fuerteventura. The villa is very spacious and in a lovely complex with fantastic pools and felt very secure. We met a lot of British people in the complex and it was a very friendly complex. The villa has 4 outside terraces which was fantastic, the WiFi was excellent and fast and the villa had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfy and a small problem was dealt with within 30 minutes of messaging Jose which was very impressive! The villa is about 15 mins walk into the main part of town, but there are shops and bars Ava's restaurants only a few minutes walk away. A small supermarket and bakery were just down the road and had everything we needed for the week. There is also a great pizzeria very close by too which do eat in or take away. All in all, we had a fabulous time in Corralejo and I'm very sure we will stay in Jose's villa again very soon. Thanks so much Jose!!

Perfekt

Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen super erfüllt, ist sogar größer als gedacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken kein Problem und mit dem Auto ist alles sehr schnell zu erreichen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würde das Haus wieder mieten!

Lovely spacious accommodation

Nice spacious accommodation, lovely pool area, approx 15min walk from the main street of correlejo, and 5-10min walk from supermarket and el campanario. Friendly neighbour! Clear instructions and help from Jose. Immediate area outside the complex is very messy to walk past.

Groß und sauber

Wir4(1 Paar,2Einzel) sind sehr zufrieden.Von der Buchung bis zur Kautionserstattung alles perfekt!!! Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Im Einzelnen: Sehr gute Anfahrts-Beschreibung, Schlüsselübernahne per Schlüsselkasten unkompliziert. Neuwertige Küchen-Komplettaustattung ! Sinnvolle Wohnungsaufteilung. Größe der Wohnung mehr als ausreichend. Wohnung in sehr guten Zustand. Leder-Sitzgarnitur leider sehr alt und kaputt. Betten dafür sehr gut. Leider nur spanische Fernsehprogramme. Aber mit W-Lan und Laptop kein Problem. Fernsehen war ohnehin Nebensache. Pool-Anlagen tiptop in Ordnung. Nicht überfüllt. Wir "Abendschwimmer" waren oft alleine. Zur Umgebung möchte ich gerne sagen, das man, beim Parken, nicht so "abgezockt" wird wie oft an anderen Urlaubsorten . Wir haben nicht einen Euro Parkgebühr bezahlt !!!! Egal ob bei Sehenswürdigkeiten, beim Einkaufen oder am Strand. Alles in Allem : Sehr empfehlenswert.

Clean, easy to access restaurants & shops

Location was great as there was a shopping centre & many restaurants nearby which made it easy to pick up essentials & grab something tasty to eat. The pool was great as had a children’s pool too which meant our little one could play comfortably. The three bedrooms were a good size & the beds were comfortable. The sun terrace was a bonus & the balconies were perfect suntraps too. Jose was very quick to respond to all our emails & was very accommodating.

Great apartment in a nice quiet location

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need to make it a home from home. It is blissfully quiet with no noisy parties allowed on the complex which suited us! It's about 10 minutes walk from the main centre of Corralejo but there are also some nice bars just down the road in a commercial centre so no need for a car or taxis. I would definitely consider it again if I was going to Fuertaventura. Jose very helpful with info when needed. One small criticism - one towel per adult for a week stay seemed a bit "ambitious" - there is a washing machine but we had brought our own anyway.
