There are 2 buildings and 3 units on this property (see listings 923682 and 81320). 9This is the bottom unit of the carriage house, which also has a 2/1 apt. upstairs. It has one bedroom, a living area with a queen sleeper! It has a full kitchen and bath with stand up shower. Beautiful sunset views.

Our family had a wonderful stay! It was so convenient to walk out the door and be at the beach. Towels, chairs, and toys were all provided. We found shells, shark teeth, crabs, and even saw dolphins at sunset. The ride service made it easy to get to the local restaurants when we didn't want to drive and the kids loved riding on the golf cart. Fran was great to work and we hope to visit again!

Great little place!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay. This is such a cute little place and it has everything we needed. We had friends and family in the main house so it was great to be able to spend time with them but have our own separate space when we wanted it. Without a doubt we will be booking again!
