It has one bedroom, a living area with a queen sleeper! It has a full kitchen and bath with stand up shower. Beautiful sunset views.

Our family had a wonderful stay! It was so convenient to walk out the door and be at the beach. Towels, chairs, and toys were all provided. We found shells, shark teeth, crabs, and even saw dolphins at sunset. The ride service made it easy to get to the local restaurants when we didn't want to drive and the kids loved riding on the golf cart. Fran was great to work and we hope to visit again!

Francine, our host was amazing. She communicated well and was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. The apartment was right on the water just a rock sea wall between the apartment and the beach. The very short path to the beach was easy to navigate to get down to the water. We used the beach chairs on site. There was an umbrella but it was overcast most of thebtime so we didn't need it. We were provided lots of beach towels and bath towels. I noticed we didn't have anything wash cloths for bathing and Francine brought some right away. There weren't any provided soap or shampoo or conditioner but we brought our own so it wasn't a big deal. The apartment is dog friendly but we didn't have a dog to bring. I did notice quiet a bit of residual dog hair on the couch and bed sheets. I did have to wash several dishes before using them because they weren't clean but in the cabinet. The floors where sandy but it is right the beach but there are lots of rugs to help that. Overall I feel like it could have been cleaner but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. We had the perfect amount of space for me, my husband and teen son. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking wear, pots and pans u would need plus 2 different types of coffee makers. We enjoyed our stay amd hope to visit again.
