The villa has all luxury and comfort you can wish for and is a few steps away from the Blue Bay beach.

The villa consists of 2 floors. The living room and kitchen on the ground floor are directly connected to the spacious semi-covered terrace. Here you can enjoy all the comfort there is: luxury lounge sofa, private infinity swimming pool with sitting area, sunbeds and a long 10 person dining table.

The villa has a total of four bedrooms (all with internet TV / only the Livingroom has a tv with channels) and three bathrooms.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, one bathroom are downstairs.

In addition, the downstairs area also has a living room and fully equipped kitchen which is connected to the terrace below. Also here you will find luxurious sun beds and you can enjoy your private pool (4m x 3m).
There is a high quality sofa bed in the living room where the 9th and 10th person can stay.
Both floors have a separate guest toilet.

On the right side of the villa there is another room where you can clean / hang your diving equipment. The villa has a washing machine and a dryer.

At the rear there are 2 private parking spaces for your rental car.

You have 1 m3 of water and 80 kwh of electricity per day included, this is sufficient for 'normal use. Any additional costs will be deducted from your deposit.

Facilities Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort

The villa is within walking distance of the Blue Bay beach (free access) with the cozy beach bar Blend, a dive shop, where you can also book nice trips and massage/pedicure/manicure services.

There are 2 restaurants on the beach. Restaurant Coast which is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Brass Boer. Brass Boer - The Pier is open every day for lunch, bites and snacks and from Wednesday to Sunday the restaurant is open for fine dining.

At the entrance of the beach you will find the restaurant 'the Tides', open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the plantation house you will find the restaurant Lemon Grass which is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

At the park itself you will find the unique 18-hole golf course (you will receive a 20% discount on the golf rates). You can also take various group lessons at the Blue Bay fit studio and the park has 2 tennis courts (bring your own rackets/balls).

Things to Do Blue Bay area

A large supermarket is a 5-minute drive away and a 10-minute drive takes you to the World Heritage city: 'Willemstad' with all its beautiful sights, shops and market stalls with local souvenirs and delicacies.

Near Blue Bay you will find the cozy beach Kokomo and Piscadera Bay. Here you can also have a delicious lunch and dinner. Discover the National Christoffel Park and Sheta Boka Park on a 25-minute drive towards Westpunt and towards the East you can enjoy a day of shopping, relaxing and happy hours on the famous Mambo Beach.
