Perfect location for experiencing all that Lecce has to offer. Appartment was ideal for our group of three adults. Could not have asked for anything more!

We had a wonderful two-night stay in Lecce. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the historic center, yet the apartment is tucked away in a spot that is quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was spotless, very spacious, and even nicer than the photos — full of character and charm. Anna met us on arrival, showed us around the apartment and the fabulous rooftop, and made sure we felt welcome.Staying here gave us the perfect base to enjoy all the history of Lecce. We also took a street food and walking tour, which was incredible and made us appreciate the city even more. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting!

Living in Lecce

This year we decided to try something different and just "be" in Italy rather than traveling around trying to see everything. We chose Lecce and fortunately we found Corte dei Fiorio and Anna, the most excellent host. The apartment was in an ideal location in the old city, and we were blown away by the people, the food, and the city.

Elisa was very helpful calling a cab and letting us check in early. Place very nice two bedrooms two bathrooms. A sofa bed in living room plus kitchen. The bonus was laundry on the rooftop plus nice sitting areas with shade and a pool. There are lots of stairs to get to the suite, but I’m sure that’s like every place in Italy.

A Perfect Visit to Lecce!

Our stay in the beautiful city of Lecce was made more memorable by our decision to stay at Corte dei Florio. The apartment is stunning and perfectly located in the heart of old Lecce. The chiming of bells stirred us from our sleep, and morning coffee on the terrace was spectacular. Communication with Anna, Antonio and Flavio was seamless, and when we were asked to take a different apartment because of an unexpected circumstance with other guests, we were surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco and a selection of delicious pastries, for the “inconvenience”. Thank you all for this perfect stay. We hope to visit again soon!

My daughter and I have come to Lecce with some family friends for the past few years. We rented Flavio’s apartment for the first time this year in Lecce. It is more stunning than the VRBO site can show. It is perfect. Clean, modern and yet very ‘Lecce’. It is close to everything but far enough from the street noise that haunts many areas of Lecce. The two other families we were traveling with were unable to sleep at night because of all the noise in the city near their rentals. Our apartment was so quiet at night and a 5 -8 minute walk to most anywhere yet it is still in the heart of Lecce. The solarium and pool upstairs were so spectacular and refreshing during the heat. Bed linens were very nice. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of room for cooking and dining, beautifully decorated. We will only stay there when we return again. Do not stay anywhere else!!!

Great Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Lecce. The building has been renovated with very high quality materials and is very elegant. Alessandra is probably the best property manager we’ve encountered. Very caring and passionate about sharing her love of the area. We had a car and could enter the LTZ during several hours each day to pick up people at the corner by the apartment. Flavio and Antonio were very responsive to questions we had as we prepared for our visit. A great place from which to explore the southern part of Puglia.

Beautiful place, helpful, enthusiastic owners & manager, in a magical city.

We stayed at Corte dei Florio for 6 nights in mid October, 2019. The pre communication with owners Antonio and Flavio was speedy and thorough, as was our our check-in with Alessandra. Throughout our entire stay, Alessandra was attentive, solicitous, helpful and available to solve any problems and answer any questions. She was extraordinary. She guided us to the streets where we could park for cheap. She provided beach towels when we mentioned that we were headed to the coast. She offered suggestions for local restaurants, and immediately supplied a stovetop espresso maker when we requested one. Although we had to leave the city eventually, we gained an new friend. The apartment was spacious and the bathrooms modern, with large shower stalls. The roof top was wonderful for morning coffee, sunrises and sunsets. The location provided easy strolls to the entire city. The check out was as easy as leaving the keys on the table. We highly recommend this place, these people, and this city.

Exquisite lodging in heart of Historic City

Our lodgings were beautifully appointed. Stone vaulted ceilings, modern kitchen and baths. We moved in from a five star hotel and this place felt like a huge upgrade at a fraction of price. Lots of space, in rooms, baths and common area. The location is excellent for exploring old city. Easy street parking nearby. We enjoyed the roof pool and terrace morning and night.

Staying here will be your best vacation decision.

This property is gorgeous and located in a quiet part of the city Center, just steps from great restaurants and amazing piazzas. The high ceilings, excellent stylings and amenities are top notch. The icing on the cake is the beautiful terrace up top where you can soak up the sun and dip in the pool.

Nice Apartment

Exactly as advertised. Close to all the action and restaurants of Lecce, on a quiet street. Very clean - always a nice surprise! Alessandra was very attentive allowing us to drop off luggage early, and had many helpful suggestions. Rooftop pool was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of biking and touring. A wonderful stay.

Great stay for a friends getaway!

Beautiful property. It was great having two bed and two baths, with a full kitchen and dining room. The roof communal pool area was beautiful at sunset, and no one else was ever there. Easy walk into town for everything and fast to head out to other parts of Lecce and the beaches. One note - weekend Parking can be a little walk from the place so plan accordingly but it was a non issue.

Appartement exceptionnel dans le centre historique de Lecce

Accueil très chaleureux de Flavio dans un très bel immeuble du centre historique, completement refait à neuf et à deux pas de tout ce qu’il faut voir. Nous étions logés dans un appartement familial au 1er étage, spacieux et meublé avec soin. La belle structure des voûtes en pierre du plafond impressionne, avec quelques meubles anciens choisis, dans une décoration plutôt contemporaine et épurée. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain attenante, très confortable, avec grande douche à l’italienne. Le lit double est parfaitement douillet, les chambres au calme. Le salon est spacieux, pas très lumineux, mais il suffit d’ouvrir les portes sur chambres pour faire entrer davantage de lumière naturelle. En été, ce doit être frais. La climatisation est incluse dans chaque pièce du reste. Tout est très propre, bien équipé (cuisine au top y inclus cafetière nespresso et lave vaisselle). Et cerise sur le gâteau, accès à la terrasse de l'immeuble, avec jacuzzi, transats et banquette pour lezarder parmi les toits de Lecce. C’est un sans faute !
