There are five bedrooms and four full bathrooms with a half bath up at the pool in the cabana. 1. Spacious Master Suite with Queen bed, glass enclosed shower and separate jacuzzi tub with private balcony to enjoy moonrises through the palms. 2. Main floor King Suite with a spacious King bed and private full bath and sliding glass door leading to the brick patio. 3. Another downstairs Double Queen Suite with two Queen beds with large walk-through closet leading to a full bath with tiled shower and separate tub. 4. This Bedroom has a full bed and built-in cabinets, and it shares the bathroom which is directly across the hall with Bedroom 3 . 5. The fifth bedroom has a Queen bed and an adjoining full bath with tile shower with glass door.
Pool / Spa
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- This is a lovely family neighborhood so excessive noise is not allowed at anytime. Quiet Hours are 10pm to 10am

I've lived in the SF Bay Area for 35 years and have owned my home for 24 years. Originally from Pennsylvania, I grew up in Lancaster County in the middle of the Amish Country. I'm a Creative Director in Advertising and Design and an avid outdoor enthusiast. I am both a mountain biker and road biker and have extensive knowledge of the trails in Marin as well as the backroads. I have a blended family with my terrific wife, including 5 children ranging from 16-26 years old. I love my property and enjoy keeping the grounds and gardens as well-kept and green as I can given our location in California.

This property is the perfect location for family get-togethers, people wishing to explore San Francisco and the Wine Country, people getting together for weddings and reunions and people needing a place for their work colleagues doing business in San Francisco. In Marin County, we have micro-climates, and this property is situated in one of the best weather areas in the Bay Area. Warm and sunny, but not too oppressively hot in Summer, cool in the evenings and, unlike SF or Mill Valley, free of fog.
