La estancia en el apartamento ha sido una mala experiencia debido a que no hemos podido abrir ningún día las persianas ni ventanas por los excrementos de ave que había en todas las repisas, balcones y ventanas de la vivienda, por lo que si abrías las ventanas entraban los olores, y si dejabas las ventanas abiertas, veías todos los excrementos. La terraza y el atico no se pueden usar debido a la cantidad de excrementos de ave y la insalubridad que todo ello causa. Se promociona como apartamento de lujo, y de lujo no tiene nada, parece un palomar.
