Villa Bay View is a brand new three bedroom , two bathroom luxury new build in a stunning location with views across to Albania / mainland Greece / Corfu town and South Corfu. The Villa is located just off the coastal road on the north eastern coast in an area called Sinies, You can visit the local bays and beaches of Kaloura and Agni , Kalami and Kassiopi. Villa Bay view has two planted stone terraces leading up to the main villa patio, where you can relax. sunbath and bbq and dine, spend endless time watching ships and super yachts making their way north to Croatia and Italy and south to mainland Greece and the Ionian Islands .The villa has a unique glass fronted infinity pool with some of the best views in Corfu. Villa Bay View is a 15 minute drive to lovely town of Kasiopi which its quaint shops and tavernas and a small harbour. Our villa has been finished to a very high standard and we are on hand personally to meet and greet all our clients and answer any questions you may have.

We were so happy we booked this villa it’s beautiful, extremely clean And the views were amazing we really chilled out , it was only a short drive to the beaches and bays below we went for Dinner at the White House in Kalami (the Durells house) and had a wonderful time . Our hosts Daniela and Hugh were great they met us on our arrival and suggested a few places to visit and eat .The communication was great . I would highly recommend booking this villa .Ryan L

The villa exceeded all our expectations. The host was extremely kind, showed us around, and explained everything. The accommodation is ultra-modern and provided everything we needed. Stunning Views! My partner and I were looking for a peaceful villa with sea views and we could not have asked for more! The sea views from the terrace and infinity pool are truly stunning and you can look across to Albania and mainland Greece! The villa is new and beautifully decorated and has everything you could ask for and more- we spent most of our time at the villa using the bbq. To top this off, the hosts were amazing. We will definitely be back and will recommend this villa to all our friends.

My Partner and our 4 month old son had a lovely relaxing holiday at Villa Bay View. The villa itself is beautiful and the sea and mountain view is some of best we have seen. We hired a car and visited the local bays a short drive away. Kasiopi which is only 10 minutes from the villa became our nightly spot with lots of tavernas and bars (I would recommend the Old School for atmosphere and food) set around a pretty little harbour. Hugh and Daniela met us on our first night and were extremely helpful through out our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Wow this villa is truthfully among the best we have had the pleasure of staying in, the stunning infinity pool with its amazing glass front, you can see the bays below an wonderful veiws for miles of the beautiful island of Corfu, the villa is set on a very quiet mountain with great parking for its guests, such welcoming hosts who gave advise of the area an places to vist nothing was to much trouble for them they made us so welcome i will be recommending this villa for the five stars it truly deserves an looking forward to returning in the coming years thankyou Hugh an Danyella best regards Donna an Rod

Hugh and Daniela Brought Villa Bay View at the end of 2018 with a view to completely rebuild the property to a very high standard , the views were some of the best we have seen in Corfu . We already
Own and run a luxury waterfront Villa in Perema called Villa Waves , Villa Bayview will be our second , we used to run a construction company in London and have brought our past experiences and building knowledge to this project . With such amazing views we decided to build a glass fronted infinity pool to give a truly amazing seamless water edge between the pool and the sea views. My wife Daniela and myself completely look after both our villas from Greeting our guests, cleaning the pool looking after the gardens and servicing the two villas to the high standard we would expect if we were renting a luxury villa.

The villa looks into a pretty little fishing harbour called Kaloura . Kasiopi is a short drive away with an abundant of shops and tavernas you can get water taxis that will take you from bay to bay or rent a speed boat and explore the bays where you can not get to by car. Having spent this summer up at Bay View you can spend hours looking out to sea and watching the ferries and yachts going up and down a very nice way to end the day with a bbq and friends and a glass of Prosecco .

Waking up every morning , swimming to the edge of the glass infinity pool to see one of the best views on the Island. Bay View is totally unique.
