Moderno chalet independiente de 3 dormitorios, orientado al oeste, con vistas al campo de golf en la primera calle en el exclusivo campo de golf de 5 * Mar Menor de 18 hoyos diseñado por Jack Nicklaus. La villa tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Las instalaciones del complejo incluyen numerosos restaurantes y bares, además de la piscina privada de las villas, hay una piscina comunitaria más grande (con cargo adicional) abierta durante los meses de verano. Además, hay un supermercado bien surtido, un banco y un spa de lujo en el hotel que ofrece tratamientos de belleza e instalaciones de spa habituales. El Boulevard, ubicado a las afueras del complejo, cuenta con varios restaurantes y bares. Este es un lugar ideal para explorar la hermosa región de Murcia. Los Alcázares se encuentran a 10 minutos en coche y cuentan con playas de arena junto con numerosos bares y restaurantes.
La villa está situada a poca distancia de todas las instalaciones del complejo, pero también está en una zona tranquila.

Great villa in lovely resort

It is a lovely villa set in a really nice resort. Local amenities are great, we tried paddle tennis, crazy golf, golf and used the hotel, the shop onsite is well stocked. The Villa Care team were quick and efficient when we had boiler issues and no hot water they resolved it super quick. Would definitively recommend this property.

Fabulous Villa

Fantastic Villa on Mar Menor Golf resort.Furnished to a really good standard, everything you would need was there. We arrived to a lovely, clean and well equipped villa.Pool was terrific as was the general outside space, went for the pool heating as we had young grandsons with us and that was a big bonus. Plenty of Sun loungers and the covered gazebo was great place to sit when needing to cool off.Supermarket only a 10 minute walk away (2 minutes in car), a good number of restaurants on Boulevard at entrance to the resort, only 15 minute walk away and 10 minute drive to Los Alcazares where there are a number of good restaurants, supermarkets and of course a lovely beach. A couple of issues when we were there but quickly resolved by Sue & Sarah.Been to resort a number of times and this was probably the best laid out Villa we have used.Overall a lovely villa, well managed on a great resort.Would definitely recommend this villa.

summer holiday

Overall the Villa is lovely. The air con in the main bedroom was not working and waited a week for this to be renewed. Also had problem with terrible smell in upstairs toilet that was looked at but didn't solve the issue. Both of the above were already known about but not to us. We didn't let it spoil our holiday but at the same time I don't expect to be chasing up people to correct things when I'm on holiday.

Family getaway

Very well equipped, clean, comfortable villa overlooking the first tee fairway. Sue answered our enquiries promptly from pint of booking to arrival. We enjoyed the peaceful position and resort. Shame that our air conditioning unit in the main bedroom was broken. We were not made aware of this beforehand. The ceiling fan did help us with the nighttime heat. Engineer did turn up some days later but unfortunately was unable to fix it during our stay. These things happen. Would recommend this villa for those looking for a quiet resort 15 minute drive from Los Alcázares. Thank you Sue.

Hi Natalie, thank you for your review and it was lovely to meet you. The villa is very nice and the latest extension has made a big difference. I am so sorry about the air con in the master bedroom, I was in touch with the property manager and they kept being told it would be fixed the next day as soon as the part arrived. Unfortunately nothing gets fixed fast in Spain in August. I absolutely should have mentioned it, lesson learned. ⸻Just back from our holiday at the Mar Menor Golf Resort – what a fantastic stay!The villa was absolutely beautiful – very modern, spacious, and had everything we needed. The outside space was particularly amazing and perfect for relaxing and spending time together.We travelled as a group of five: myself and my partner, my daughter and her partner, and my elderly mother. While the villa is a bit far from the Boulevard, we hired an electric buggy for my mum, which made it much easier for her to get around.We did experience a couple of issues with the air conditioning and Wi-Fi during our stay. These were addressed very promptly – however, the air conditioning in my mum’s bedroom couldn’t be fixed while we were there. The owner was very understanding and offered compensation, which we appreciated.The Wi-Fi was a bit of a problem for my daughter and son-in-law, as they needed a stable connection to complete some work while on holiday. The signal didn’t reach well outside, so we’d recommend making sure you have 4G or 5G available if internet access is essential.That said, none of these issues spoiled our holiday in the slightest. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa. A big thank you to Sue and Sarah, who were always available and responsive to any questions or concerns. We really appreciated your help

Hi Gail, thank you for your review. Really sorry about the air conditioning, the property managers and I tried everything to get an engineer out quicker but they were all so busy. The owner took the option to replace the unit as this was quicker than waiting for the motherboard. I do hope you stay with us again in the future. Sue

July 2019 Family Holiday

Lovely clean villa, extremely well equipped with everything you could need. Great pool, big enough for everyone with plenty of sun beds. Sue was great, very helpful and sorted any questions we had promptly. Well stocked shop on site and some bigger supermarkets in Los Alcázares can be reached with a car. Two of our party played the golf course, which was a nice, well-maintained course. We had a great stay, would recommend for a relaxing, family holiday on a safe, gated complex.

Very Nice Property

We booked a family holiday at the last minute, helped by a very quick response from Sue who organised the villa booking. We were greeted on arrival and shown around by Sue who made sure we felt welcomed. The Property is nicely furnished and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped for straightforward catering. The outside area is not huge, but the pool was also clean and well looked surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and mobile umbrellas for shade and a purpose built undercover area to relax out of the sun. The villa is located about halfway down the first Fairway and it is possible from the master bedroom balcony to watch golfers hit their second shots, although unfortunately the view of the Green was blocked by a neighbours tree! Inside an extra bonus was the fact that we had UK TV channels available including sky sports, so were able to watch The Open! The resort was relatively quiet, with a handy supermarket a 10 minute walk away, various restaurants located at the Boulevard were 15 minutes walk away and were OK for casual dining. The Indian restaurant was particularly good for both curry and steak and BBQ ribs. The local town was a 15 minute drive away and the beaches at the north end of the town were nice. Overall a very nice, well manged villa, on a nice quiet resort which is particularly suitable for families with younger children.

Fantastic Choice !

We have stayed in several different properties on MMGC and this is by far the best of the bunch. The villa is of the highest standard, with great quality furnishings, beds, linen, pool etc. The A/C units have been upgraded and were much needed during our stay! If you know the layout of the course, this property is on the right-hand side of the first fairway, around 150 metres from the tee. The clubhouse & hotel are a 3-minute walk away, so the location is very central. Wi-Fi and full English cable TV (including all the sports & movie channels) come as standard. The pool & garden are superb, a fully tiled terrace and covered seating area make the garden a comfortable place to spend the entire day & evening. The golf course was in great condition and a pleasure to play. Sue & Simon who manage the property are excellent, being in regular contact both before & during our stay. I absolutely recommend this rental as a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality holiday.

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa well maintained, clean and tidy. Furnished to a high standard and very comfortable. Outside space was lovely and the pool was clean...... but would advise on getting the heating as without it was a bit chilly. This villa runs along the 1st hole so decent views. Villa is situated perfectly in the resort, close to everything needed. We arrived late in evening and were met by sue at the villa. Sue was nothing but helpful throughout our stay advising us best places to eat, drink etc. As this villa was fairly new Sue said anything you find you need let me know. We saw her in the supermarket and mentioned not enough coat hanger and with in 20 mins a knock at the door and their was Sue with coat hangers. We all loved our stay and would go back and stay in same villa without a doubt. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Sue 👍🏻

Mar Menor Golf Resort Villa

The villa exceeded our expectations for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It is furnished to a high standard and the pool was perfect to come back to after a day out. It is ideally situated for easy access to all parts of the lovely resort. We hope to return!
