Karen's place was absolutely perfect for us, clean,comfortable and close to the beach it was just amazing. Plenty of room close to shops and all the attractions of Phillip Island. Would highly recommend this place if your travelling to this area.

Nice place, great location

The house was nice and comfortable, with good heaters for cold mornings. The location is lovely, next to a farm, and a short walk to the beach, and very quiet.

House was neat and clean throughout. Great host which was very prompt with communications and straight forward check in process too. House is a little older and needs some attention to overgrown trees which were scratching the roof in the wind, but otherwise it was an enjoyable trip.

This was our 2nd stay at Dolphin Cottage, it's a great place to get away from the City. We enjoyed it's proximity to the beach and the Phillip Island Circuit, the gardens and deck area lovely.

Great location with lovely garden

My family and I came for a long weekend and wish we'd had more time. The place is lovely, quiet and close to the beach with nice views from the most windows. We'd visit again!
