Bienvenidos a Casa Del Rio. Nuestra casa decorada profesionalmente con un distintivo estilo polinesio está ubicada en Crystal Shores, un exclusivo vecindario privado a la salida de Fort Island Trail en Crystal River, FL, y a minutos de la autopista 19. Cuenta con 3 dormitorios completos y una oficina con una cama tamaño queen Murphy. También cuenta con dos baños completos bellamente decoradas. El lujoso baño principal cuenta con una gran ducha con tres cabezales de ducha. Nuestra casa cuenta con una piscina de agua salada, climatizada con energía solar, cocina grande al aire libre con TV de 50 ", cocina gourmet interior, muelle grande, patio cercado, árboles frutales y un entorno de canal bellamente tranquilo. Esta es nuestra "casa del río" y no solo la casa de alquiler de alguien. Estamos orgullosos de cada centímetro de ella. Los muebles son de alta gama para satisfacer gustos sofisticados, con obras de arte originales y un ojo para el detalle. Queremos que disfrute de Casa Del Rio tanto como nosotros, y hacemos un gran esfuerzo para asegurarnos de que lo haga.

Had a couple of hiccups but the host was spot on each time. Home is beautiful. Canal is difficult at low tide is the only issue. Would stay again if not bringing the boat.

Teri is an amazing host! She was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly. The house is spacious with a perfect layout for groups, making it comfortable for everyone. The pool was a huge bonus and the perfect place to relax after a day on the water. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be booking with Teri again!

We enjoyed our stay. House was perfect with plenty of space for the fam & was in a great location - short boat ride to the springs and out to Homosassa Bay for scalloping. Really liked being able to take the boat to all the waterfront restaurants that were close by too.

This is our second trip to see the manatees at Crystal River and by far the best! What a beautiful home with all the bells and whistles—pool, six-burner gas range, large ice machine (plus ball ice in the freezer), outdoor kitchen, fruit trees, and more! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home offered so many cozy nooks to spread out and relax. Located on a peaceful stretch of water, it was the perfect setting to unwind. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, the host was very responsive to questions, and the guest book made planning meals and activities effortless. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay again.

We stayed a full week in Crystal River at this house and couldn’t have been happier. The owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. The location of the house was great, very close to a boat ramp. The beds were comfortable, the AC was solid, the appliances were all great, no complaints at all. Pool was nice and the canal in the back was fun to fish in. Would stay here again!

Immaculate House on the Water!

The house was so clean and had so much space. It was decorated nicely and the owners thought of everything. Very organized. Thank you for opening this home to the public. It was such a nice relaxing stay.

Great Getaway

Location was great and Terri was a great host. We enjoyed the pool and we’re able to keep our 20’ pontoon at the dock. We would definitely stay again.

Dena - we are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. Just so you know, a lot of sleepless nights and thought went into the decor you complimented. The other owner and have gotten along great as business partners for 20+ years but we don't always see eye-t-eye when it comes to decorating. This is the main reason our homes are so entirely different. Thanks again for the great review and keep us in mind for future Crystal River adventures.

Nice place

Overall it is a very nice place. I think it could use a little updating like new pillows and get rid of the bed spreads but overall it was a good place to stay.

Andre - I am so surprised by your review. The bed quilts are all new. Replaced in May of this year as was the furniture, rugs, all appliances, beds, mattresses, most of the dishes/cookware and decor. Maybe lightweight, summer quilts, are simply not your style for bedding but we find them easy to wash between guests and light weight enough for the Florida climate. We were hit by hurricane Idalia in 2023, and we had to trash everything and buy new. I do appreciate your opinion. I am just not sure what needs to be updated and would love for you to give me a call so that I can look into it further. I think with vacation rentals people sometimes forget that you are staying in someone's personal home. That's part of the joy of booking from a private individual instead of staying at a hotel. We work extremely hard to assure our guests have an amazing stay and when we receive a review that is less than perfect it can be disheartening. With this said, we appreciate your five-star review and are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great place for boaters

House is fantastic, clean, pool is great, docks are perfect for a boat. Communication with the landlord was perfect.

This house was perfect for our family vacation.

This property has the the perfect location, it was easy to get to it and perfect to put our boat at, the house was nuca and clean, the only complaint I have is , the dishwasher was very loud but everything else was great!!

Yeah, I absolutely agree. The dishwasher is loud. It's a very expensive Bosch stainless dishwasher. If it wasn't for this fact and that it does an amazing job on the dishes, I would replace it. When we are at the house, we run it at night when we are sleeping or when we are out of the home (problem solved). It sounds like the house accommodated your large family well and that you didn't have any issues with finding the home from the water or using the boat lift. Glad to hear everyone enjoyed their trip and that everything, besides the noisy dishwasher, was "great!" Thanks for the Five Star Review!

Beautiful view and Great place to stay!

We had a Great time at this home! Picturesque location. Great dock! Very Comfortable beds! Home is well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Will definitely be back!

Great place and location

Location location location! Always love Crystal River and this home did not disappoint! Clean and inviting very well equipped. Plan to return in the near future!

Our neighborhood is definitely special - upscale, close to everything Crystal River has to offer and just outside of the chaotic touristy areas around the Three Sisters and the Plantation. Be sure to book your next visit early. Our prime dates - holidays, scalloping season and grouper season generally book a year in advance.

Thanksgiving Holiday

The home is large and spacious for a family gathering. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook with. Location is good, dock and canal excellent to get in and out of. We would rent again, nice place, and nice people.

very accommodating

Needed a second house when our other local rental guests number increased and lucked upon this home down the street. Very nice, great dock.

We are two couples who purchased our first property together just up the street from Casa Del Rio (River House) and affectionately named it Casa Del Sol (House of the Sun) in 2015. Having enjoyed our first house, we decided to purchase a second home with the hopes that we would one day retire to Crystal River and have separate homes within walking distance of each other. In the Spring of 2016, we purchased Casa Del Rio and since that time, we have successfully shared both homes with families like our own - people that love nature, getting away from the hustle of daily life and know the importance of family and friends. Through the years, we have definitely experienced ups and downs including two hurricanes that flooded both houses. Although difficult to endure, both times we were able to remodel, update and come back better than before. The homes are our labor of love, that having reached retirement age, we hope to share and enjoy for many, many more years.
