Look no further that this beautifully presented, fully fenced cottage only a short stroll from the clear waters of Callala Beach on Jervis Bay.

With four large bedrooms (3 with mirrored built-ins) this homely cottage has the ease of polished floor boards throughout. All on one level also provides a relaxing holiday with two covered decks. It's the perfect holiday that can also cater for two families.

Cook in either the fully equipped kitchen or the on the gas BBQ on the back deck with the outdoor seating for 6. There is also a garden setting for 6.

The back deck is a great spot to enjoy your breakfast with the sun coming over the trees while your contemplating a day at the beach. Or you can stay at home and watch the kids play cricket, jumping on the trampoline or sliding down the slide off the cubby house in the huge backyard.

The front deck is great for that afternoon cocktail hour as the sun sets relaxing either on the comfy outdoor sofa or lay back and relax in the hammock. The property is fully fenced so there's no need to worry where the kids are once the front gate is closed. Being fenced your four legged friends are most welcome at the Cottage.

Once inside the Cottage, you'll find the comforts of home with a DVD player, great TV reception, microwave, additional TV in the master bedroom, board games, kids books & toys, 8 seater dining table, fully equipped kitchen, outside laundry with sep shower & toilet (for those rinses after the beach). On those extra hot days there is a reverse cycle air conditioning unit to keep you cool, or in fact warm in those winter months.

CALLALA BEACH INFO

Callala Beach is located only 2 1/2 hours south of Sydney (3 hours from Canberra). Once you've been here - you'll keep coming back!

Callala Beach is a 4km stretch of beautiful white sand and clear blue waters. Waters where pods of dolphins play so close to shore that you could swim with them. So many water sports to enjoy from fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, boogie boarding or just a stroll along the sparkling waters there is something for everyone here.

If that's not enough (!) as Callala Beach and Bay have relatively flat streets it's perfect for bike riding or roller blading. Tennis Courts and a childrens playground are also located in the centre of Callala Beach.

Club Callala is a mere 200m stroll from the Cottage and is a great night out with a delicious Menu to choose from. Attached is a 9 hole golf course and lawn bowls to entertain.

Callala Bay & Nearby Areas

Just a short 2 minute drive to Callala Bay and you'll experience Bayside Shopping Village including IGA Supermarket, Chemist, Butcher, Bottle Shop, Hardware, Hot Chicken Shop, Cafe and much more.

Nearby beaches are a must to visit with famous Hyams Beach, Vincentia and Honeymoon Bay to name but a few.

If you're into boating - this is also the place for you! Closest boat ramps are either in Myola or Callala Bay (each 2 min drive from Callala Beach).

A little further (15 mins) is Culburra (great for surfing), Currarong (great walking tracks), Greenwell Point.

A visit to the Husky Pub in Huskisson is a must, as is to the Vincentia Aquatic Park with a 2 mtre indoor slide (for those rainy days!)

Berry is only a short distance from Callala and includes antique shops, cafe's, gift shops, galleries etc.

Nowra is only a short 30 min drive and includes all the comforts of a larger town with movies, shopping centres, restaurants etc.

CHECK IN / OUT
Check in and Check out times will be confirmed with each booking, generally check in is 2pm and check out 10am.

Bring your own linen or it can be supplied at an additional charge.

NO SMOKING
Strictly no smoking inside the Cottage. If you are a smoker, please dispose of your butts appropriately in the rubbish.
