Cette magnifique propriété a une vue imprenable sur la baie, à seulement 1,5 km de la plage de Dromana (et des boutiques), avec piscine et spa chauffé. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent un barbecue à gaz plomberie, salle à manger en plein air, lecteur DVD / Blue Ray, Foxtel IQ et 50 pouces FULL HD Plasma TV. Il y a même une playstation 2 (avec quelques jeux) pour les enfants (ou même les grands enfants).

La conception de la propriété permet une intimité totale dans les zones piscine / pont et comprend un trampoline, aire de jeux, cubby house et bac à sable pour les enfants.

Tout le linge est fourni ainsi que les condiments de base, y compris la machine à café et le thé.

Situé à 278 Boundary Road Dromana - Arthurs Seat sortie - la propriété est à seulement 1. 9 kms de la station de base Eagle Skylift et seulement 5. 4 kms du jardin enchanté d'aventure où il y a beaucoup à faire pour les jeunes et vieux, y compris les arbres et des lames de tube.

The property is in a great location - a short drive to the beach, close to Peninsula Link and all that the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay over Christmas was provided. The plunge pool was warm and ideal for young families. The upstairs family room was a hit with visiting family - particularly the foosball and had great bay views from the balcony. We only used the main bedroom and found the bed really comfy with crisp white linen. We highly recommend staying at this Seaside Getaway. Thanks again Adele!

the property was in a good spot, good security with in gates and doors, spa n pool was perfect just need to turn it on a lot before using so it’s hot, heaps of space, outdoor cooking area was perfect!

A perfect stay

We had another wonderful weekend away at Adele's property. The house is well set up and we had everything we needed while we were there. We ended up staying in the whole time and the kids had an amazing time both in the pool and backyard. Thankyou again for hosting us, we hope to be back again soon!

Relaxing for a family getaway

Great place to stay for a seaside getaway. The place was very comfortable and has plenty of fun things available to occupy young children and teens. The kitchen was well equipped and house was very clean upon our arrival. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful - a bit further from the hustle of the town but only a very short drive into the action. Awesome view from top floor living area. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Excellent property to entertain and enjoy

Property was nice to spend a week there with family especially with the heated pool made the kids very happy as the weather wasn’t the best! We did notice a number of hazards which I think would be in the owners best interest to rectify like the metal cappings on the posts and the down pipe leading into the pool area which is really low and a few people actually hit there head also pool wasn’t very clean which we advised the pool guy as soon as we got there Other then the above concerns everything was good and we enjoyed our stay thanks.

Generally Seaside Getaway is a GREAT property for two families to share. We had an amazing time there over the Jan 09 period. The house is amazing with plenty of room for two families. There are plenty of quiet areas if the kids are occupying the TV area. There is plenty of space both in and out of the house. The plunge pool is perfect to cool off in and all cooking utensils are provided plus linen so no extra gear is needed other than sunglasses, sunscreen, bathers and a good book.

Wedding weekend

Property had everything we wanted. The kitchen was especially well supplied, glassware, crockery, table linen, bbq implements, air fryer, the list goes on. What a gem!

I was very happily surprised by this property. I have stayed at many holiday rental properties and this has to be one of my all time favourites. Starting off the communication was fantastic. My favourite features are the indoor and outdoor spas, the views, a great big back porch with visibility to the pool area from inside and outside, very safe for keeping an eye on the pool. My grandsons were very entertained with all the catering to children’s interests which frees up time for adult enjoyment also. My other favourite feature - everything works and is beautifully maintained and safe. Will be back!!! 😊

Spacious family house.

We absolutely loved this place, so many things to keep the kids entertained. The weather wasn't great when we were there but we had a blast just being in the house. The heated swimming pool was perfect depth for young kids, they took the opportunity to use their swimming skills there. Very impressed with the kitchen stock, a lot of cups, plates and glasses. Everything is there. Remote for dining table tv needed battery changed but couldn't find any spares. The only feedback is that the kids bunk bed slated base had dust accumulation which has been missed during cleaning otherwise everything else was clean. Kids did not want to leave. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house. We have created unforgettable memories here.

Home away from home

Loved it

The property was great as we expected. We had a lovely time, the kids loved the spa, pool, cubby, trampoline and foosball table. The only thing we were a little confused about was the pool setting. The book said one thing and the outside instructions differed a little bit, so we just did what the book said. Had a fabulous time. We will be rebooking ❤️

Nice and clean place. Great for family to relax

Beautiful place with all amenities catered for. Bring your own shampoo and body soap which is fine with me as I always bring them along. Adele was a great host and very responsive. Pool and jacuzzi nicely heated. A bit of a walk to the shops but a short drive. Love the foosball.

The Perfect Weekender

We had an amazing weekend with our family at this stunning property. Despite being winter and having the occasional rain we were able to fully enjoy all the facilities of the house. Very child friendly with lots of entertainment for the kids. Thankyou also to Adele for being such an amazing host. We cannot wait to book our next family holiday here again.
